how can i get married with an indonesia girl and after marriage how can i change her nationality to India?

i am working in bahrain and my love she is also working in bahrain i want to marry her and change her nationality to india and get the valid indian passport, please find the better solution and guidelines to solve my issue, i really in love with her and i want to get married as soon as possible

Hi Indian, do you really love her? Both of you must receive a marriage certificate from a court or office as Bahrain nationals do. Attest it at both Indonesian and Indian Embassies in Bahrain. It will helps both of you to go to India or Indonesia.

As a matter of fact, a divorce can be filed for in any country where one of the partners are living as a permanent resident. It is of secondary concern where the marriage took initial place and was registered, as there's many couples getting married in a different country, then move, or separate and then file for divorce in the country which their call their permanent residency. But only if all legal ways (notice of intend to divorce etc.) have been properly registered to be legally accepted also by a US court of law, and the respondent failed to respond to it within due notice time, then the foreign (here indian court) can proceed with the divorce and grant it, and it will be legally binding also for the US jurisdiction of the other partner, who, of course, will have the right to appeal the decision. But for that he/she would have to appear in person at the court then where the divorce had been granted.
