Recently, I have learned about Geroge Bush's Healthy Marriage Initiative. After reading a bit about his new program, I thought that he was a bit cuckoo in the head. What do you think about the Healthy Marriage Initiative? Do you think that he could have used a different program or method more efficiently?

white people and make fun of them? Also, when muslims want special treatment over Christians or Baptists or Jews in colleges that install foot baths for those muslims? Also, when people throw around the word"Racist" like it is the new fad slandering people who are clearly not racist? And well Gee Wally I could go on and on Oh lets not forget the flick"White Chicks" which was clearly Racist towards whites by blacks but had the flick been called "Black Chicks" all kinds of funk would have broken loose? Who agrees these groups are creating hate rather than promoting acceptance? Ill stop now just for a moment!

If a woman has freedom to wear what she wants...why then she has no "right" to cover her body and face...(She has a freedom to be covered as well as to be naked, right???)

I have a freedom to have faith in Allah as well as in God or to have no faith at all...why should I only conform to the Christian Norms of Life / Christian Realm???

What makes people think that only a white christian-catholic straight guy who lives in New York and has a jewish origin can be free??? How about other guys and girls whom CREATOR distributed around the globe??? The most famous usurpation of freedom by American Founding Fathers....(All men are equal!) How about women, slaves and others??? I think it is in our genes to uglify the TOTAL FREEDOM...what do you think???

How do you think the Constitution should be interpreted; strictly, so as to protect the right of the states to decide controversial matters for themselves, or in an elastic manner, so as to be able to address modern problems?

I want to combine two songs (that are the same, but by different people), so it goes back & forth (from one artist to the other). It's just for fun, but the original song has a license...

According to the license I can:
Share — to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work

Under the following conditions:
Attribution. You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).

Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.

No Derivative Works. You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.

& It says that "all commercial rights are reserved", what does that mean? Does that mean that I'll get sued if I use it, or does that mean that I am allowed?

I'm in the process of enlisting as an MP and It's not that I'm afraid of being sent to Iraq because if it ever came down to that, I would be proud to serve my country and I would be proud to fight along side my two brothers who are currently marines in Fallujah! Just wondering what my chances would be of being sent off to Iraq after basic and AIT because I would like to finish college. Being an MP, does that mean they're automatically going after basic and AIT ?

Why wouldn't anyone want prostitution to be illegal when it leads to overpopulation, STDs, and generations of homeless, illegitimate children on the streets? Do we really want to contribute to these problems by legalizing prostitution in the U.S.? If prostitution was universally banned, I don't think these problems would be as rampant in the world as they are today.

JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA—With rumors swirling about Osama bin Laden's possible death from typhoid fever in Pakistan, Hamida al-Attas, the al-Qaeda leader's mother, said she is "worried sick" about her son and wished that he would send "some sort of sign" that he is alive.

Al-Hattas just wants to know her son is okay.
"I can't sleep at night not knowing where he is," said al-Attas, clutching a framed eighth-grade school portrait of bin Laden in the living room of her Jeddah home.

"He could be dead in a ditch somewhere and I would have no idea," al-Attas added.

The fact that al-Qaeda has not staged a major attack in over a year, coupled with the new rumors of bin Laden's death, have increased al-Attas's anxiety over the whereabouts and welfare of her son.

"It's like he disappeared off the face of the earth," al-Attas said. "All I ever see of him is the occasional grainy videotape, and he looks so skinny, I'd hardly recognize my own son if it weren't verified by the CIA. I just hope he's taking care of himself."

Saying "it's a mother's right" to know her child's whereabouts, al-Attas admitted the only time her mind is put at ease is when her son occasionlly checks in with acts of terror such as the Bali nightclub bombing, the Madrid train bombings, and last year's London subway attacks. "I wish [Osama] would understand the pain he causes me, the worry," al-Attas said. "Doesn't he know that his actions can affect others?"

"For his dear mother's sake, I wish he'd carry out an attack," al-Attas continued. "Just so I know he's all right."

Instead, al-Attas said she is left to torment herself with dozens of conceivable scenarios of bin Laden's fate. "What if an elite group of Delta Force assassins ambushed him in a remote Pakistani mountain pass?" said al-Attas, wringing her hands at her kitchen table. "What if some unscrupulous local informant revealed his hidden location? What if he slept in one of those dirty hotel comforters I saw on the news that are covered in germs? No mother should have to go through this with her son."

Even if bin Laden is alive, his "neglectful" appearance gives al-Attas no less reason to worry about his state. "If I know my Osama, his [cave] is a shambles," said al-Attas, who noted that his beard was "getting a little out of hand" in the last photos she saw of him, and that his fatigues and Afghan-style headdress "didn't look warm enough." "When he's on his own, he doesn't look after himself properly. I can't tell you how many times his father and I have gotten on him about that. But I guess he's always been stubborn."

"It's only because I love him so much," she added.

Bin Laden
Admitting that bin Laden was no longer "the nice boy who'd come home from al-Thager Model School all eager to tell me about his day," al-Attas said she regretted the fact that he has not been a part of the extended family in so long. "Since he never gets to the yearly reunions, I bet he doesn't even know that his 14th half-sister [Iftikar] just had a baby," al-Attas said. "His younger cousins would love to spend some time with him, but they wouldn't even know what he looked like if it wasn't for all those propaganda posters."

Although al-Attas said she realizes bin Laden is busy, and understands his line of work requires focus and constant travel, the fretful mother said, "I just wish he would pick up a phone every once in a while" between meetings to let her know he is all right.

"My friends tell me that he's a big boy, and that he can take care of himself," al-Attas said. "But it's all I can do not to rush out and scour the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan myself."

"He could be Allah knows where doing Allah knows what," she added.

Al-Attas has even contemplated releasing a videotape of her own urging bin Laden to let her know he's alive, and to tell her whether he is wearing the mukluks she sent him in 2002.

But whatever trouble he may be in, al-Attas said she hoped bin Laden knew that he would "always be my baby" and that "he can always come home."

"I can't imagine a world without him," al-Attas added

I am in a three person partnership. 1 partner will be buying me out and will become sole owner of the company. We didn't form a buyout agreement when we formed the company a year ago. My partner said she would have a buyout agreement drafted, but I have obvious concerns with having someone else's attorney draft an agreement for me. Can I have my attorney draft one for me or is it the right of the other partner to present me with the buyout agreement he has drafted? Do I have to accept his agreement?

I realize I will definitely need to see my attorney about this one, but would like to know if anyone else has gone through the same situation.

with the mess that is created in the gulf and the rest of the world, the next president is going to inherent a war and many more waiting in line! Iran is already helping the republicans like they did during hostage crisis. hostage crisis was the main factor for Carter's defeat. republicans gave Iran(during Iran-Iraq war) weapons to not let hostages go till affter the election. they recently said that no matter what, they'll continue enriching unarium and that USA can't afford another war. this is going to scare most independent voters and the conservatives on both sides, to vote republican. Democrates might as well give it to them, the way it is going i will put my money on the republicans any way. i won't be voting and make an *** out of myself and legitimize such a corrupt system!

The state is Mississippi, both parties are physically and mentally able, married, and of legal age. I've looked over the MS code up and down, and can't find info on the actual procedure. I know you can sometimes verbally make a report, but am unsure if a spouse can sign it, or if it MUST be the victim themselves (assuming they are capable.)

I need this info asap...very important. Thanks to anyone who can provide an answer and the source from which it came.

Hi all, I currently have a Shared Parenting Plan with my ex, concerning our 8 year old son. Recently he has seperated from his wife, and is now living with his girlfriend at her mothers. I have concerns of where my child is going to go to school, because he no longer has a place of his own, nor the time to get him to school, because his wife had done it all. I just recently found out that he has a suspended license and a bench warrant. What I really need is someone who may be a lawyer, who can tell me if I have to release my son back to him with these conditions. I am deperate and need some advice. I have already filed for full custody, but that isn't good enough, because we haven't been to court.
