It’s the insanity caused because of unaccountable money they are making as bollywood stars. They are getting crores of Rupees for doing a single movie, getting paid in lakhs & even crores for a single day or night stage show, crores of Rupees they get for appearing for advertisements as brand ambassadors. They have crores of Rupees which is unaccounted which even Income Tax department is unable to detect. Now after making so much money will not their brain blow up & they indulge in all such crimes including taking drugs etc. Why talk only of Sanjay Dutt? Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan will soon be following him for jail yatra & many more against whom various criminal cases are pending for various criminal activities. These brats of bollywood unlike their parents are spoiled because of all this wealth, publicity & political backing. But what really satisfying thing is that courts are playing their roles honestly is sending them for jail yatra which they deserve very badly.

This Dutt who,you say, "has committed a big crime which is against the national law and which is also a very unpatriotic crime" has
already been punished.Pending his appeal against the sentence,he is now incarcerated in the Yerwada prison at Pune. The only sad part
is that he has got away lightly with a prison term of six years.Funnily, he has been held guilty of only possession of a weapon.Everyone
seems to have overlooked the fact that he destroyed the evidence, consorted with known
criminals who were part of the blast conspiracy.
Wherever did you get the idea that this 'star
got in to insanity'?He is perfectly sane and fully aware of the consequences of his action.Sadly
he doesn't appear to feel any remorse,to wit the fact he has chosen to go in for appeal
against his conviction.

Showing sympathy by Bollywood Stars for Sanjay Dutt is not justified. He has committed a criminal act of illegal possession of arm and participated in the parties hosted by underworld dons. He knows the consequences when he committed the offence of having serious consequences. Now he is repenting his act which could not be undone. TADA Court has punished him for 6 years under Arms Act. If the court had punished under TADA, he could have been awarded harsher punishment. Bollywood stars sympathy is nothing but supporting his criminal act as of no consequence.
Repenting for criminal act is like murdering a person afterwards repenting for the act which is useless in the eyes of law. Sunjay Dutt has got what he deserves. Bollywood stars should show sympathy for innocents who are languishing in jail for no fault of thiers.

Children that go this far, to commit felonies, have been in a psycological quandry for years now, between criminalists and the courts, it's simply not known what to do about these childhood Mafiosos. The parents scream false, they stand behind them at every turn to "ptotect them" as the child stands, teary eyed and looking sad, at the way they're being treated, for maybe "harassing an older person and even killing another child. Knowing all to well, they are the ones protected by the law, also. So, what's the answer? "boot camps" don't work, it makes them tough. Detention until of age, then prison, lock them away forever, a waste of life but, whos to blame and, now what, forever? Bill Cosby asked, "where's the parents" when they had a gun and the parents knew, where's the parents when both worked and the kid was a latch key kid? I worked for a large complex in the Southwest, we had a huge problem with kids at night. Due to single parent families, and both parents working, we had at one time twenty-seven (27) kids that wandered the complex of thirty-five four plexes and six plexes, 27 mind you. This was an invasion. Guards couldn't walk a beat at night, they, The kids would get on the roofs and drop water bombs on them, rocks and toss fireworks at them. The parents were at a quandry as to what to do. When we started arresting them, fourteen one night, six of the parents never missed the kid, the parents then screamed "fault" against us, the adults. We had to start evicting the parents and, eventually went to "no kids" adults only after a time. It settled the argument but, bless the apartments they moved to, they were going to need it.

Thats what I felt initially until the media exposed the fact that Madhukar Satpotdar former Shiv Sena MP who was caught red handed with weapons during the Bombay riots, was ACQUITTED !!!
Now I firmly feel that Sanjay and several other blasts convicts must be set free; they are certainly no more "criminal" than Satpotdar and others of his ilk, all of whom remain unprosecuted till today.
Double standards for politicians and politically connected people make all these proceedings just a farce. There is no justice.
