....wern't in Iraq? How does invading enemy territory make an enemy stronger? How come every day we are in Iraq Insurgents and terrorist are being pounded and paying for what they have done while innocent American blood hasn't been spilt on American soil by these extremeist? How is Overthrowing a dictator and installing a democracy bad? How is keeping a commitment to the Iraqi people a bad thing? We are keeping a commitment to the Isralis, Saudi's, the Iraqi people, and most of all to Americans to build a safer middle-east to benefit the world.

While I feel their pain and loss, get on with life, take care of family. This country is built on strength, not remorse. We have lost more than 4K souls in Iraq and other fronts. I don't see anyone asking for the borders to be shut down. While I feel for the loss at the WTCon 9/11 it still bothers me that everybody sued the government for a "peacetime" infringement. Ooops!
If you didn't feel wronged give the money back!!!!!! And I'll stand beside you at the next rally.Otherwise stand the post and take your licks, war is all hell. Time to move on.

Hi, I got a 93 on my ASVAB is that a good score and what does it really mean? My SATs are a 1210 on the old scale, with a 91 GPA at a very rigerous private school. I also have been in Honors and AP classes my whole high school career. Im not trying to sound cockey because trust me Im the shy kid if anything, but are these factors good enough to get me an ROTC scholorship for Air Force, Army, or Navy? I want to go to an Academy but I know my grades aren't impressive enough. Also, I am in relatively good shape because I do crew year round, and thus can run all day.

I live in Texas and from what I can tell we allow common law marriage! so my question is if I am with my gf for two years and by common law I am 21 and she is not yet, does that mean she can drink too?? I believe if and older guy is married to a girl under 21 she can drink. so would she be able to drink??

What are your opinions about how sexual offenders should be treated? They are often put into the large category of a sexual offender but the acts that are committed are completely different.
For example, should a man who rapes a woman be treated the same as a man who rapes a child? What about a man who has consentual sex with a 15 year old versus a 17 year old who has consentual sex with his 15 year old girlfriend.

All of these men are labeled the same and often get the same punishment. What's your opinion?

Then a bout 2 weeks ago a wrote another bad check for $40.00 and so far i ahve heared nonthing from anyone on it....

*2. do u think i could be looking at jail time over thesse 2 checks?

*3.If so how long will it be before they will have a warrant out for me? since its been 2 mos for the first is it possible that they already have a warrant out for me?

Is that why they freak out when they think somebody might actually be able to see a doctor when they need to?

Is that why so many of the Republicans I know take full advantage of Social Security and Medicare benefits (or have parents who do), but don't want others to have them?

They want the government to spend money on entitlement programs for rich corporations, like us paying 50% of R & D costs for pharma companies, but yet when it comes to making sure all Americans have healthcare, they balk? Come ON man.

What's the deal with that?????

His views are not Republican; he is an isolationist that believes we're responsible for 9/11 because we have bases in Saudi Arabia (where we were invited to have bases). That is not a Republican view its a libertarian one - so why is he running as a Republican?

It could be taken out of your paycheck like your insurance premiums already are.

Once the paperwork is eliminated in the cost of overhead because of all of the different insurance companies the cost to every person would be lower.

And EVERY citizen would be covered!

So if the cost is the same or lower per person already paying for coverage...... and the quality remains or perhaps gets better....what's the problem?

A streamlined system would be more efficient and better for everyone......except maybe the then unnecessary health insurance companies!!

Come on, give me a break!!! Illegal immigrant pay taxes just like everybody, and many of them don't get a tax return. They pay social security taxes and when they are ready to retire they don't get retirement benefits because they are illegal and they don't qualify. But they qualify to pay the 6% of their gross earnings and don't get SS benefits? Please. ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS PAY TAXES JUST LIKE EVERYBODY, SO STOP SAYING THAT YOU PAID FOR THEIR KIDS EDUCATION AND FOOD.

my attorny was working on a workmns comp case for me, in the mean time i also wanted to get my the doctor for wrongful diagnosis & my attorney said "in due time." well i kept after him about that but to no avail. finally my workmns comp case was settled & again i asked what about the dr. now...then he tells me the dr. is untouchable. i figured he was my attorny & knew best, so i tried to go forward with this on my own thru another attorny. i give them my case history & they review it & tell me i have a good case except for one thing...the statue of limitations had ran out. now what i need to know is what can i do about my former attorny and/or is there an attorny who will help me file some kind of suit against them.

The war in Iraq has nothing to do with our freedoms.
Saddam and Iraq had no ties to Al Qaeda, no connection to 9/11, had no WMD, and posed no threat to the USA.

So why should Repuglicans like Mitt Romney get away with saying the soldiers who are sacrificing their lives for Bush's lie-based quagmire are "defending our freedoms"?
