This is a real hard one, but can someone be arrested for making fun of somebody. Or looking good around someone because some people are intimidated by good looking girls/guys. I know they can not be arrested but what are the jury instructions in California for intimidate. It is really vague, because a person can say they feel intimidated or yelling at me makes me feel intimidated. It has to be more than that or else we are all in a world of trouble.

Because when you star it's visible to everyone else in the forum. I'm not saying all antis(or even the majority) are racist but you have to take into consideration that he used multiple slurs against African-Americans and Mexicans and 6 people agreed with him. Not to mention the people that said yes to his his last question. I am right or wrong to say that a few of are fellow YA users are closeted racists?

1) Invite the "indigent" to live with them
2) Pay health insurance premiums for those who "can't" afford it
3) Buy extra groceries to feed the hungry
4) Start a company and employee the unskilled, unmotivated, uneducated, unemployeed at excessively high wages

In other world, put your own stinking money where your mouth is if you believe in it so much

My brother is older than me, and he is very violent and disrespuctful to the point were I feel I'm in serious danger. My mom doesn't do anything about it, partially because he over powers her and she can't deal with it so I have to defend myself and it's hard because he is bigger than me. We don't live with my father so he can't do anything. Is it possible I can get a restraining order, or file something to the police?

I am a white Christian male nad i don't get any special treatment. The John Doe act was nearly removed because of muslim's. And atheisist and other's don't like In God we trust. This country was founded on Christian values. Freedom is spoken of in the Bible. Same sex marriage is wrong to. In the Bible homosexuality is a Sin not to be spoken of. I really want to hear what you think.

We go into Iraq on March 2003 on the premise that Saddam's regime is supporting Al-Qaeda and that he possesses WMDs, despite 2001 and 2002 reports from the Bush administration that only Afghanistan is a necessary target. Well I guess the fact that Saddam's attempt to kill Bush's daddy prompted him to conjure up a pot of boiling bs so he could finish the job in Iraq. Congress voted hands in, but I'm sure not one truly looked into the reports, and only 1 congressman had a child in the military so no loss right, well not for the boys on the hill at least. Funny thing is 15 of the hijackers were Saudi, 7% of the American economy is set on Arabian investments, and on September 13 Bush allowed over 100 Saudis, some of the bin Laden family, board private jets back to Saudi Arabia without a single interrogation. Why doesn't Bush grow balls, pull his hand out the Arabian wallet, and force the Saudi family to cut down on their own terrorist problems? So why are we in Iraq again?

We invaded Iraq, took over their country, murdered many civilians. The insurgents, or "terrorists" who fight back, are demonized by mainstream America. Now, if the Mexican, Canadian, Chinese, or Russian, or whatever foreign army invaded the States, took over, murdered our people, wouldn't we be doing the same thing to them what the Iraqi "terrorists" are doing to us? Isn't that what our founding fathers, Patriots, Sons of Liberty, Continental Army did to the Redcoats during the War of Independence??

Also, it's very possible, in fact, it's been PROVEN that 9/11 was an INSIDE JOB. Very similar to the Reichstag incident in 1933. Bush is a NAZI.

At one time, weren't we a country that could actually make things?

Didn't we use to make stuff ourselves and still be able to buy the things we bought?

These things violate copyright laws:
1. reproduce (copy) the work;

2. create a new work derived from the original work (for example, by translating the work into a new language, by copying and distorting the image, or by transferring the work into a new medium of expression);

3. sell or give away the work, or a copy of the work, for the first time (but once the author has done so, the right to sell or give away the item is transferred to the new owner. This is known as the "first sale" doctrine: once a copyright owner has sold or given away the work or a copy of it, the recipient or purchaser may do as she pleases with what she posesses.) 17 U.S.C. §109(a);

4. perform or display the work in public without permission from the copyright owner. 17 U.S.C. §106. It is also copyright infringement to violate the "moral rights" of an author as defined by 17 U.S.C. 106A.

In my opinion, the south was in violation of the constitutional axiom that "all men are created equal". Thus, as members states of the union, slavery should not have become institutionalized.

But the issue that led to Lincoln's war of agression was NOT slavery. The issue of the war was the rights of the states over the federal government which was encroaching into areas prohibited by the 10th amendment.

If the south had abolished slavery before the end of the war, it would have taken the wind out of Lincoln's sails and the right side would have won the war and we would have a functional Constitutional Republic without slavery today.

Both sides were wrong, but confederacy is a good form of government, and not at all associated with slavery.

After dealing with the system personally on an illegal immigrant situation I realized our laws do more to protect an illegal than deter an illegal.Our basic immigration laws weren't made to handle the situation we now have.So instead of saying enforce the laws shouldn't you really be saying change the laws?
