What are your opinions about how sexual offenders should be treated? They are often put into the large category of a sexual offender but the acts that are committed are completely different.
For example, should a man who rapes a woman be treated the same as a man who rapes a child? What about a man who has consentual sex with a 15 year old versus a 17 year old who has consentual sex with his 15 year old girlfriend.
All of these men are labeled the same and often get the same punishment. What's your opinion?

Well, it is not illegal for a 17 year-old to have sex with a 15 year-old, but if he was 18 he could go to jail. That is a WHOLE lot different than someone forcing a child or anyone else to have sex against their will. Someone that rapes a child or does anything else to them should not even be allowed to breath! Someone that rapes an adult should be treated as harshly as a child molester because they still have serious mental issues that can't e helped.

All sexual offenses are NOT equal. If a 18 year old boy is dating a 16 year old girl, and the girl asks him to have sex....that is called consensual sex, and as long as the parents approve the boy dating her, then it is legal, and no crime was committed.
The only time it is a crime is....if the guy forces sex onto a girl, and she keeps telling him to stop. stop, stop,....then it is rape.
Having sex, is sometimes over rated, because sooner or later, all girls will have sex, and it is just natural.
A serious rape, is where a black guy rapes a white girl...and he should get life, or death sentence.

I think we put them in an orange jump suit and parachute them out over the rural areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan. They should be real popular there - if they get Osama we give them a pardon - if not - oh well.
