Of course, everyone knows illegal immigration is abundant in America, many against, many for.

But before we are so quick to pick a side and stick to it till the bloody end, why not examine both side's arguments and draw a personal conclusion, right?

First, before we may make accusation of people, we must set ourselves in their shoes and ask ourselves for a motive.

The crime: crossing the border. Motive: ?

Many would say the motive is for a better life. This is not so. In fact, most Mexicans crossing the border come here for three main things: life, freedom, and family

You see, in Mexico, who's government is grossly corrupt, hardly anyone is 'free.' you can find this pleasure easily in America.

In Mexico, death hovers amongst many. And if not death, surely the possibility. Poverty and hunger brings about this sort of thing.

And in Mexico, family is everything. If family is threatened, there is nothing that can stop the determination to fix family.

There is but one burning hope that can ensure the survival of life, freedom, and family. And that hope lies within the borders of America. "Surely anyone can do it the legal way," you say. But is that truly so?

Entrance into these United States requires chiefly knowledge of America (history, flag, states, cities, etc...), money, English skills, and time. The thing is, some Mexicans do not possess all of these requirements and to gain them would take even more time, which death surely does not wait for.

The longer the wait to America, the greater the threats on life, freedom, and family become. But most people would never leave these in the line of any threat. So they (ones who do not possess the requirements to enter legally) take the only option left that would ensure the survival of the three treasures.

So they look at the path. Pain, suffering, and death on one side yet hope and survival lies on the other. And what lies in obstruction? But of course, the law forbidding the secret entrance into America. When weighed on a scale of priorities, surely any person would take life, freedom, and family over the compliance with one law.

Now, you have stepped into the shoes of those desperate ones. Of course, there are those who wear a different pair and take to this land for selfish desire, but the majority of those desperate come here for the reasons I have explained.

Please, what are you thoughts?

Don't you get the feeling that they have running by their own rules (or lack thereof) from the very beginning and they've basically said fvck the rule of law and the constitution in this country? Don't you get the impression that this Bush adminstration doesn't give a rats behind about the country or it's laws and is just using the position to have power over our country's military to carry out it's own personal business agenda? If you don't please back it up with a real argument and show ample amount of proof. Because the proof that what I'm saying is far greater I can tell you that right now.

Ok, so my friends son was coming out of CVS, and him and his friend started walking back to their home, well 2 blocks away from CVS a worker of CVS tackles my friends son, accusing him of shoplifting, after they get up he drags my friends son back to CVS and search him, they found nothing in his pockets except a pack of gum. which he bought, and had a receipt for. So they held him at CVS anyways, didn't let him call his parents, and accused him of ditching the stuff they say he stole, they didn't let him go for 45 min. Until he confessed. But he really didn't do it. He was hurt when they tackled him, his knee, hand, and elbow were cut up.. so is there any legal action that can be taken?

There is a member of the family that was caught up in all the Katrina / Rita issues in TX.. we didn't think he was there at the time and now know he was.. all of the people he would have known to contact within the family have moved or have unlisted numbers / cell numbers, so we don't think he'd know how to contact us.. recently at a family event, we all started talking about him and realized none of us had heard from him in a long time.. we've tried doing all the intellius, zabasearch's.. all of his immediate family have died.. we are at a brick wall.. but, I know if you can get someone's social you can search more reliably for them.. any suggestions?

When I ask questions about Socialists they always go on about equality. What they mean is equality of outcome not opportunity. This means that the person who works the hardest gets the same reward as the one who works the least. I'm sorry but I missed where this is a good thing.

Yes, the war in Iraq can be won. Winning would be helping Iraqis build a stable government that is an ally in the war on terrorism—unlike Saddam's Iraq, which was an enemy in that war. This would be a major victory. It is true that Iraq will be a violent place for many years. But some of the forces that make it violent—radical Islamists and Saddam's Baathist supporters—are sworn enemies of the United States. If we turn our backs on them now, their threat will only grow.

And if you say, "everyone has the 'right' to have babies", I agree, but what gives them the "right" to keep having others pay for them? If they want to keep having them, they can, but why should others have to pay for them?
