I'm Native American. Lakota, and adopted Crow.

mr twocrows, and T D - Yes Lakota adopted Crow. To make a long story short on that, an elder from the Crow tribe thought I was an interesting person with my life's walk. Path in life for those who would misunderstand the term walk. So he adopted me. Trust I laughed at the insanity of it too. None the less it made him and his wife happy. And that was when he was 69 years of age.

To be fair twocrows, what about the illegal supporters who sit on their hunches too. Not all anti's are lazy, and not all pro's work.

And to clarify (just in case you might be thinking this) none of you are getting thumbs down by me. I'm just curious about who you are, and your position on the issue.

I'm a Cherokee Indian. More than likely the reasons behind their beliefs is because of what has been going on in this country for years. To date, there are african americans that still blame "White people" for the current problems. Please don't take offense, I am just using that as an example. The illegals want to blame their problems on everyone else when the ones they should be blaming our themselves for not coming into this country legally.

I don't find it amusing at all to falsely accuse people of something. Not to mention this same old argument is getting worn out. It's way to easy to say everything bad in your life is because someone else is somehow to blame when the 1st person to blame for something is yourself.

Are Americans to blame for the illegal immigrant problem? yes to some extent, we allowed them across the border by not protecting it well enough and also by allowing employers to hire them. Now we need to fix it and establish a controlled method for getting extra workers in times of need. But it has nothing to do with racism and it never did.

Me? I'm white....unless I'm standing with my father, can't say I know exactly what he is, but it's not white He looks Indian but without knowing who his father is we can't be certain, and Grandma took that info to the grave.

Great post,it's nice to see a Native American bringing this up since so often your people are used by the pro illegal crowd for their bogus arguement.
I can't say I find it amusing necessarily,I see it as ignorant since we clearly see on this forum that many races are against the illegals. I think it's just a way for the pro crowd to white bash really.
I'm an American of Irish ancestry.

It's easy, using the race card makes them think anyone with enough balls to publicaly denounce illegal immigration is a racist. Unfortunately, hispanics, blacks, and many many other races are against illegal immigration. It wasn't long ago when the Minutemen held a march in LA, some of the Minutemen protesters were black and were called n*ggers by illegal supporters.

I don't believe you. I think you are a United States Citizen of Native (First) American ancestry.

Your patriotism is showing.

I am a United States Citizen of European and First American ancestry (Iroquois).

We have decided that you all have to leave. This is our country.

Just joking. In truth, you've done wonders with the property. However, we have some advice, particularly when it comes to illegal aliens... .

I am a Black, middle-classed American citizen. I am totally against illegal immigration & pro-illegals know that, because they find a reason to e-mail me hate mail once they read my posts. I just laugh, because the truth hurts. I continue to say that this is not an issue of race, but an economic issue. They tend to play the race card when they are grasping at straws in trying to debate on why illegal aliens should be allowed to cut in front of people wanting to migrate here legally. This has become a joke. Them demanding rights in a country where they clearly don't belong. Would we be able to go to their country & demand rights in our native tongue, without being thrown in jail or killed??? America should learn the only good thing that Mexico can teach us. Spend your money with us, enjoy yourself, but then go home!!!

Lakota adopted by the CROW, how'd you manage THAT?!?!

I know a group that NOBODY is listening to.
THE FARMERS. they LOVE their mexicans. legal or not.

The complainers don't want "jose and carlos" here but they won't do the jobs they do either. Can't have it both ways.

Honestly unless those anti illegals get off their asses and pick the crops , they should just shut up and eat thier salads!!

I LIVE in Fresno Ca. Ag center of the world. I've picked Chili's and turned raisins. Only white guy I've ever seen out there was the rancher himself. I'm not saying the anti's are lazy, I'm saying they can't have it both ways. In the end it's the farmer that will fell the most hurt.

California SKIN.

Yes, I find it amusing, too. They're so ill advised. Everyone I know is against illegal aliens, every race and yes, I have friends from just about every culture but all are legal. They're desperate to find supporters in any race to help their cause. I am, English, German and Shawnee.

It's a way of dividing people to detract from the fact that business and government are working together to make sure that the steady flow of cheap labor continues. So the illegals themselves are the enemies, while the rest of America are the racists! Nevermind that most legal immigrants here are also against slave scab labor!

Yes it is sort of amusing, illegals are trying to get the blacks to stand with them against the whites....We (whites & Blacks) have had our differences and troubles over the years, granted. We (Blacks & Whites) are a family, and familys fight, but will stand together against oursiders doing harm to the US. We are Americans first and foremost.
