Wouldn't the CEOs be sitting in jail with all of their wealth confiscated?

Is there any real difference between corporate and government corruption, other than the fact that its harder to prosecute members of the government? Aren't corporates more easily held accountable for their actions?

But never vice versa?

It seems to me that Hispanics are the only ones that moan and complain when it comes to learning English and assimilating. No other immigrants seem to have a problem with this.

Please no Comedians or Jokes, political comments.

I just want the outright answer on how we can actually win the war in Iraq.

In WWII it was Japan & Germany's unconditinal surrender.

How can we win and what will define the ultimate point of victory?

I have a friend who is scheduled to take this written exam. The Laws and regulations cover licensing requirements and penalties for Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists/Assistants, and Athletic Trainers.
She is unclear what she will be tested on. Does anyone know if she needs to concentrate on ALL these fields' requirements, or specifically the PTA's and general laws and regulations applying to them all. She doesn't want to waste her time "over-studying".

For the active military, the reserve & the retired :

What was/is your callsign or your nickname ? (humoristic of course) and Why ?

Mine is Engineer...because at my beginning, I was a professional to break nearly everything. You know the good old hand light TL-122 ? My first lasted about....3minutes : just the time to let it fall.
And I get my surname : the engineer : good in theory, not as good on the field

I just graduated High School and got my own place. I had this girlfriend who moved in with me. Things didn't work out, she moved out. A week later, I was sleeping and heard someone smashing things in my house. I thought someone broke in, but it was her (she had a key). I grabbed her and threw her outside, then put a chair up in the door. I went back to sleep, and the next thing you know, a cop had me in handcuffs (came in the back door). He asked if I touched her in any way, and I said yes (of course I did, I threw her out!)

I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get my "right to bear arms" back.

I already know that the cop didn't have a right to come into my house, because she didn't live there anymore, but need to do something and have plenty of money if that's what it takes.

I'm just wondering because I often get emails to sign something that will go all over the internet and around the world. After so many signatures they will send it in. Seems these can be easily forged so what good are they? I care about the causes but wonder if the email petitions are any help. Thanks!

My friend is 19 years old and her boyfriend is a 41 year old cop, whom she met at work. He obviously knows every trick to the game,so she is being controlled by him pretty much. Her dad is 40. She works in the justice system,is there a way I can report this to our city's HR and he can get reasigned or just stop his pursuit of what I think is just mind games, control and sex. She is 19 yes, but i still dont think this is correct because he allready has 3 kids and he could just be using her. Would I be a doing the right thing if I tried to end the relationship? Im also trying to figure his name to run a backgroung check for anything odd. We keep telling her that it's not correct but she doesnt listen, he's obviously got her under his spell of cheap crimminal psychology and knowledge gained by age and experience. What can i do to end it? or better yet should I end it?
