I just graduated High School and got my own place. I had this girlfriend who moved in with me. Things didn't work out, she moved out. A week later, I was sleeping and heard someone smashing things in my house. I thought someone broke in, but it was her (she had a key). I grabbed her and threw her outside, then put a chair up in the door. I went back to sleep, and the next thing you know, a cop had me in handcuffs (came in the back door). He asked if I touched her in any way, and I said yes (of course I did, I threw her out!)

I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get my "right to bear arms" back.

I already know that the cop didn't have a right to come into my house, because she didn't live there anymore, but need to do something and have plenty of money if that's what it takes.

The cop had every right to come after you in the first place. But, you cant fight it and you could win...I mean you never should have had it happen eight years ago, I am a Criminal Justice Major, not even going to law school and I could have gotten you off.
