The War in Iraq was supposed to be over in 6 or 8 months. ( Anyone remember Rumsfelt saying "I don't believe the war in Iraq will last over 6 or 8 months"?)( Said in Feb 2003.) Why are our soldiers being killed everyday in Iraq? The Vice President stated the Iraq war could last another 50 to 80 years in order to do it correctly. Could this war really last another 80 years?

I remember Bush and his gang of clowns saying that the war would pay for itself. Now, we are paying 12 billion a month for a war that was originally supposed to cost 30 billion and be paid for by Iraqi oil. How badly can one group of people plan something out? I am so sick of people making excuses defending Bush saying how could he have known that the Iraqis werent going to love us? That the Iraqis would offer a resistance? That Al-Quaeda would pour into Iraq and fight us there? That Arabs and Muslims even one s that aren't necessarily anti American go to Iraq to fight us??
Well, I will tell you-----Bush was told and chose not to listen. How many mistakes can one president commit?

My mother came here legaly and followed the process on becoming a citizen. And my father came here ilegally but years passed and he got his green card. And now they are living the american way. But i do not know were to stand. If defending Immigrants or againt's?

I got a punishment from my class instructor. I have to write a certain sentence 1500 times. In my case it is "I will never go anywhere without a battle buddy"
Well does anyone know any tricks on how to make it easier on me. by the way it has to be done so it looks if I done it by hand.
......just in case you wondering - this is for my US ARMY drill sargeant. yeah I am a specialist at the ARMY.

While I claim to be liberal, what I am looking for are conservatives who use REAL information, unfiltered information ( as in not watered down so it can be interpreted in any number of views)

I’m not doubting at all that liberals do the same thing in here but as I am a Liberal why get the same old political spin on things that I can get from my other sources. What I am looking for is the ability to engage with other people who don’t necessarily agree with my point of view. In doing so I may just learn something.. I may change my viewpoint if I were able to converse with those people. I cant do that when it seems that the only thing I’ve seen here are a lot of children that seem only to care about turning this into nothing more than a rubber room by throwing insults and pushing loaded questions.

So I ask again, who among you Conservatives are willing to chance an opportunity to have an adult conversation with enough open-mindedness to allow someone who does not agree to respond.

Question: Why aren't Muslims up-in-arms about the recent terrorist attacks? Why aren't they declaring allegiance to UK?

Question Details: Their Muslim brothers committed the terrorist acts, and to a Muslim, every other Muslim is forgivable. Without them having to say so, in their minds, is..."Death to ANYONE who apposes our religion!" I would think that was already evident. There is no evidence to prove me wrong now, is there? We get the same crap in America.

You know why I'm asking this question. I have seen a question on here about if it weren't for conservatives would liberals starve to death? I have also seen a question after that telling the exact opposite. So in terms of picking any question to answer, I chose to ask one myself on this issue for everyone to actually think about it. We all can hunger if the country falls apart, we all must work together and join together if we are to see this country stay afloat.

I think that it is so wrong to excuse people and just let them come across the border and imigrate here from a different country. I understand immigration that is great because there are so many different cultures! But when it comes down to people sneeking into the US and staying ... I think that is so wrong because the great people that put a positive mark on society and have to pay a tax from their weekly pay, don't deserve to have to pay for someone who has nine kids and doesnt have enough money to help them and you know what I think that you should have as many kids as you can take care of it is so rediculous how people can do that!!! it is so selfish and you know what if you want to be an american so bad DO IT THE RIGHT WAY OK?????? I've been through all the information that I can find and I've yet to find anything illegal that Scooter Libby had done. It's not that i'm a democrat or republican, I really can't figure out what Scooter did to deserve an indictment, muchless a conviction. Even most liberals that I know have said Scooter Libby is nothing but a scape-goat for the Bush administration. If he actually commited a crime, I would say "throw the book at him!" However, his biggest crime was working for someone as shady as Dick Cheney. It's amazing to see how our media runs this nation and we take it all in without question.
