But people from a great number of other countries are put through a lot of crap to come here? I think it's a reflection of the "master of the world" attitude we seem to have.

I am having problems with my upstairs neighbors. They are really loud at night with vacuuming at 11 or their kids running up and down the hall stomping their feet. I have, on several occasions asked them to be quiet and on several occasisions they have theartened to "kick my ***" and have called me all sorts of names (rhymes with witch). The office says they can't do anything till we call the police. Is this true? I feel bad having the police come over for something like this when they should be dealing with other stuff. What are my options?

Is that all that matters? How many more are roaming the streets with their supporters, tell them how wonderful they are,but small things like do not bother their supporters given he works hard and pays taxes..Police in Collingdale, Pa. have arrested an illegal immigrant on a charge of raping a five-year-old girl.

Investigators say Julio Cruz, 28, was living on the street, along with his Delaware County-native girlfriend. They were taken in by a good samaritan this week when, according to Collingdale police chief Robert Adams, Cruz ellegedly walked into the bedroom of the good samaritan’s daughter and raped her:

"At that point, she ran out of her bedroom, went to her mother’s room and woke her mother up."

Adams says when officers arrived, Cruz gave them a fake name and claimed he spoke no English. A fingerprint check revealed Cruz’s identity, as well as the fact he was listed as a “deportable alien” by the Immigration Department.

Cruz is being held on $100,000 cash bail, facing a total of 11 counts including the rape charge.

(Please - I know they qualify under the Constitution to run for President - So does Carrot Top)

Every President that I can remember have had at least ONE of these things on their resume; Most had a combination!!

Military Experiance, CEO of a company, CEO in government like a Mayor or a Governor. Foreign Diplomat Experiance.

Hillary & Obama have NONE of these.

Hillary & Osama are 2 of 100 United States Senators. They have never been in Charge of anything. They are 2 of 100 people serving in the Senate. On top of this, they have only been in the US senate a very short time. They are both JUNIOR senators. They have NEVER been in a leadership position of ANY kind (Mayor, Gov, CEO, Military Officer).

(Bush 2 times elected CEO/Governor of Texas, Ran a Business, Flew Jets in the guard, Harvard MBA)

Another disingenous example of fuzzy leftist logic. Folks, our fence is to keep people OUT. East Germany, North Korea, etc. are so darn nifty they need a fence to keep their people IN.

You're welcome. No charge.

Jury nullification, which is a juries rights to not only rule on the facts of the case, but to rule on the laws pertaining to it, subsequently over ruling the judges orders, and/or written law.

In Georgia, is an officer of the court (such as an attorney) OR anyone else allowed to inform the jury of this power?

I read "Today, no officer of the court is allowed to tell the jury of their veto power".
last sentence under "prohibition" section
http://www.isil.org/resources/lit/history-jury-null.html

Is this true? And if it is, can a defendant address the jury and inform them?

Oklahoma's Governor Brad Henry has signed an immigration reform bill, House Bill 1804. House Bill 1804 was passed by overwhelming majorities in both the House and Senate of the Oklahoma Legislature. The bill has four main topical areas: it deals with identity theft; it terminates public assistance benefits to illegal's; it empowers state and local police to enforce federal immigration laws; and it punishes employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens. Oklahoma is no longer "O.K." for illegal aliens. "When you put everything together in context, the bottom line is illegal aliens will not come here if there are no jobs waiting for them, they will not stay here if there is no government subsidy, and they certainly won't stay here if they know that if they ever encounter our state and local law enforcement officers, they will be physically detained until they're deported. And that's exactly what House Bill 1804 does."

Im 17 and Last night I got pulled over going 52 in a 35 and got a $185 ticket. I asked to see the radar and he refused like I assumed he would. Later I noticed that he had not signed the ticket where it says something like " I swear that I believe the below citations to be true and correct" and he didnt make me sign the line swearing to appear in court. Is this grounds for dismissial and how do I go about getting it dismissed?

Do you think Hillary Clinton would be considered a candidate if her husband Bill Clinton was not the President in the past. She was unable to keep her husband happy during marriage...do you think she'll be able to keep American happy during a possible presidency. Is being married to a former president really enough reason to be considered for president?

He was busted in 2003 for marijuana possession and in 2002 he was busted for suspected drunk driving.

This time he was driving 100 MPH at 2:15 am in Los Angeles and had marijuana again with a host of other lovely drugs including Valium, Xanax, Vicodin, Adderall and Soma. No prescriptions were found.

The media has hardly said a word today.

Do you think if he dated the Bush sisters they'd jump all over this??

Have other liberals here purposely not mentioned this or have I missed something?

It said no similar questions found... Did Yahoo delete them all?
