You've done everything else that you were supposed to do.
Sometimes it takes having the police at the door to give them the message. Especially if they have threatened you. Be sure to let the police dispatcher know that you have tried to handle this yourself, and that your neighbors threatened you.
Get a business card from one of the officers, and then tell the manager that you had the police out and that now you want the problem handled.
If the neighbors do it again, call the police again, and let them know that this is an "ongoing problem" and make sure that dispatch knows every time that you were threatened.

Call the police and see if your area has a Citizens Dispute Resolution program. If so, you can file a complaint with you and then you and the neighbor can be subpoenaed to court and a mediator will set up conditions for you to both live by.
If not, then when they are raising Kane, call the police and report a disturbance. Get the officer's to write down the incident or call number they are out on and keep it. Then, bring that to the people at the office and see their next move.
I can tell you the office doesn't care as all they care is having full apartments and rent coming in. Stay on the Management.

Call the cops anyway, because you've been threatened. I would also call a lawyer so that way your landlord is a bit more "persuaded" to get them to chill out after 10 pm.
And if they threaten you again, just keep a baseball bat near the door. I swear, its the best thing you can do. Cause if they take a swing at you, it's all on them.

Usually written into the clause of a lease is a provision about noise! What many say is that the police responding to a complaint of noise is enough evidence for an eviction!
Funny though! Anyone can call the police for noise, whether you are or not. They don't care!

Call the police. While you feel that you are wasting the Police's time, your neighbors threatened you after you simply asked them to keep it down.
Next time it happens and you ask nicely and they threaten you, call the cops and get a report and go to the manager.
It sucks you have to do that, but there are many rude neighbors out there.

Definitely call the police. Even if they are too busy to send someone over, they will contact the landlord and inform him that there was a complaint, and your landlord will then take it more seriously.

You can move. You can sue both your landlord and the tenant for unintentional infliction of emotional distress. Whether in the lease or not, the tenant has the right to "quiet enjoyment."

The police could be involved if they have threatened to do bodily harm to you. Seems like you should contact the authorities or move!
