Americans have realized just how badly they have been screwed over while their back was turned.
So many trusted, and now so many are ticked off that they were played for fools. The one thing Bush counted on, blind faith by an adoring public, turned out to be the worst political calculation in recent American history.
We may be a forgiving people, but he made us look stupid for all the world to see.

Gee, I dunno. Why is it that only 14-15% of the American people now support the liberal, Democratic majority that they voted into the House and Senate just eight months ago? Could it be that the American people have returned to their senses?
Or perhaps it's because the polls reported in the mainstream media are so slanted that they'd give Stalin a 90% approval rating? See, if you ask the question the right way, you could get people to say they liked Adolf Hitler.
But I'll bet you can't learn that from your precious ACLU membership. Because the truth and the ACLU are mutually exclusive.

If you trust the polls, yes they are low. But the media sources you menction are not above playing with the questions and the numbers to reflect a negative bias.

When the polls are broken down, more Democrats are asked than Republicans. Congress is doing about the same and they are led by the Democrats.

As a muslim, i'm chuffed to have heard that folk do no longer help bush's coverage. yet i might choose to function that we -muslims- do no longer help terrorism the two. i choose you to comprehend that i could be stricken watching planes dealing with homes and human beings terrified as much as watching an iraqi toddler crying over his bombed residing house and destroyed existence. Maybe that 27% know better than to believe the rubbish they see on TV. Maybe the remaining 73% DO believe the rubbish they see on TV, and also believe that Scooby-Doo and Superman are real, and religiously watch Jerry Springer.
Popularity contests are no judge of character, much less indicative of what's wrong and what's right.

Because Bush is doing a terrible job.
as for congress a true democratic controlled congress would have the 2/3rds majority to override bush. I blame their low rating on both democrats and republicans equally.
