He has never been the presedent. He is currently the President and will be out of office in Jan of 2009. The new President who will be elected in November of 2008, will take over then.

Bush is a fool, little question, who could desire to be the guy who destroyed our us of a. He seems to be affected by an early onset of dementia, no humorous tale. Watch speeches he made contained interior the mid Eighteen Nineties as Texas governor and you'd be shocked at how fluid a speaker he grew to alter into. My father died of dementia after years of suffering, and that i see comparable types in loss of speech and mixing syllables.

You're going to have to specify which Bush. We still have one in office yet. The other one left office in January of 1993

Which Bush? GHW ended his term Jan 20, 1993. Junior was never my "President" and apparently was not yours either as your spelling and grammar are evidence that the No Child Left Behind Act has failed.

Well considering he didn't win either election the question should be when did he become president because he certainly isn't the rightful recipient of the job.
