You make some very good points. If he wasn't told, we have morons running our country. If he was told, and I believe he was warned, Powell told him if he breaks it he buys it, then it says to me he planned to go into Iraq no matter the consequences. Let's ask this in another way, if our President was head coach of an NFL team, would he have been fired by now? When you've been around the block once or twice you realize some people will never admit to being wrong.

The answer is simple. "We the people". The bill will come due and we will have to pay it. This brings up two interesting sides of the same coin though and leads to same overall question.
1) I remember Pro War types saying basically that the Iraqis would pay the freight with their oil. Well when are we going to start seeing that revenue?
2) Anti War types are fond of saying we are only in it for the oil. Well when are we going to start seeing that revenue?
The Iraqis have a democratically elected government. They have a military. Saddam is dead and there are no WMDs in sight. It is time to end the occupation of Iraq and shutdown the endless money train.

My best guess is that it is funneled through the fraudulent Federal Reserve Banking System that is tied up with the rest of the elite upper class puppet master's. (Bush is of course a bumbling, dangling, mindless puppet) Money has no value at all to those who control it and work behind the scenes. We, the tax payers will have to buckle under and pay for it in higher taxes once an actual, responsible President gets elected.
Regardless of which party they will be from, the next few presidents will have to bite the bullet and raise taxes to start paying for this total cluster*uck.

Investors, including the Chinese government, have been financing the war in Iraq by buying Treasury bonds.
These foreign investors are not buying bonds because they agree with American foreign policy; they buy bonds as a good investment that will be repaid with interest -- by taxes on Americans for decades to come.
