I dont know the age in Arkansas. Most states go by 18. When you are that close in age its tough. If the parents give consent to go out with each other then it's usually ok. It's when you go out with each other and the parents don't know. If the parents want to they can press charges on you. And even still. If you are that much older then her beware. The parents can turn at any moment. In PA the law puts you in jail for it. I think for 2 years if the parents complain. All I can say is that if it's ok with her parents then you don't have to worry. And be careful how far you go. If at any time her parents get mad at you you are doomed. I know a guy that was going out with someone younger. Everything was cool till she got mad at one of her friends and she lied to her mother about that he had messed with her. He spent 2 years in jail. She had lied about being 18. Now he checks ID. I know it sounds nuts but after 2 years in the slammer he doesn't mind carding the girls now. Good luck.

confident. in Canada that's 14 ( i think of, they could have replaced it) or over, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it may be with somebody 5 years or much less distinction. So while you're 15, a 21 365 days previous can not have intercourse until you grow to be 18. Get it?

I am pretty sure, like in most states, that it is 17 or 18. Your real concern will be if the police find out that you are having relations with a minor. If you are not caught and charged, then nothing will happen when you become an adult. That situation will be between you and her. At such a young age, there is a lot of problems that can arise from the two of you having relations. If you truly love and respect her, then wait.

Your answer lies in your question. You are asking at what age can 2 kids have sex.First of all kids shouldn't be having sex. Trust me, wait to have sex. You may think you love her and want to be with her but you both are still very young and have a whole world to explore, don't ruin your chances of living life and having fun while young by having sex and and possibly having a child. You have your whole lives ahead of you. Focus on getting a good education and making a good life for yourself.

I live in Louisiana, and down here you can't be 13 and 17 to have sex.because you can get arrested for that,but 16 and 17 sounds okay to me.
