Okay... so he was some kid in the Air Force who got out before the ground invasion took place, much less the ensuing occupation... and he goes back as a civilian, sees that it isn't roses and chirping birds, and uses that as evidence that it's an "illgotten misadventure" or some nonsense... yeah. Right. Anyone who is in the Army or Marines and has actually BEEN there, and been a part of this, would know better than to think this guy's some kind of wise, experienced war hero. He's about as knowledgeable about this war as any other armchair general civilian back home who has been brainwashed by the TV and the nonsense spoonfed to them by popular culture.

Brave?? Depends on your definition. All he did was do his job like many of us. Jot out without doing anything wrong.

Outstanding Veteran? Yes. I think we all are.

This guy was in the Chair Force not the Air Force, he has done nothing and the fact that he is California of all places is not a surprise at all.
