I was out with someone the other day that was accused of stealing. She has served time 15 years ago for petty theft so this would be considered her 2nd offence as far as I know. Does anyone know if she will be served jail time or if she'll be let off with 3-6 years probation and a fine?

My area was conservative until the liberals from Massachusetts started running here because they are too poor to pay their own taxes. I was thinking about putting American flags everywhere and having a military parade down my street to scare them away.

it cost money to treat them, money to keep them in prison and valuable police time is spent finding them. If they commit acts of terrorism send them straight back to the country they came from what are your views

I do, because Gore will get the same support , maybe more on the issues Obama is running on. They are not my choice, but I got a feeling this is what is going to happen. Could be wrong.

I quit my a government job over 7 months ago and they have continued to provide me with health insurance, I believe in error. I know the right thing is to call and tell them cancel my insurance, but I'll put myself in a difficult position without the insurance. What should I do?

I remember the country I loved as a boy. The US was more conservative and less liberal. There was decent television shows like Leave it to Beaver, there was no rap crap yet, and television was more censored. Then, liberals came along. Hippie liberals popularized drugs (drugs started to become popular in the '70s by hippies), invented political correctness (responsible for the wussification of America), and made the government tell kids that if their parents disciplined them by whipping them or some other way, they could get in trouble, so kids were no longer properly disciplined and could get away with everything, which is showing in todays liberal and very messed up society.

Why are conservatives so hateful towards liberals and vice versa?
I see question after question and post after post of infuriating and hateful comments from both sides.

I understand the passion behind standing up for what you believe in; what I don't understand is why be so hateful towards the opinions of fellow Americans? How can we have peace elsewhere when we cannot agree to disagree here?

Bush's war OF Terror has been directly responsible for the deaths of 800,000 people both in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Yet, Cons still try to claim that 180,000 estimated deaths in Iraq during Saddam's reign was justifiable reason to hang him.... what then should happen to Bush?

Plus.. who gave Saddam the WMD to gas 180,000 people? I am not sure.

ok i was on the freeway going at regualr 65 mph speed, i saw a high patrol car right behind me but he did not siren or turn his lights on, after 30 sec to a minute he turned his lights on and siren. there was nowhere for me to pull over because there was a merging lane to my right so i stayed in my lane and got off the freeway at the next exit because i felt it was the safest thing for me to do , wen i got off the freeway i pulled into a neighborhood. after i stopped he ordered me to get out of the car and cuffed me,he asked me why i was running from the cops and i said i was looking for a safe place to stop. he then started to search my car and found less than a gram of marijuana. after he wrote all the paperwork he told me that i was pulled over for tinted windows.. was the search legal??

also can the cop prove that i was "trying to run away" without writing anything about it on the citation

also he did not read my miranda rights to me

i need help

Actually producing one of the alleged lies that she has told? Liberals always accuse her of lying, but I have NEVER seen an example of a lie which came from Ann's books.
Now it is NOT a lie to have a different opinion from someone else, but I will give 10pts to the person who can find a documented lie by Ann Coulter, otherwise the 10 pts just goes to who ever I think wrote the best answer.
So, what do you say Liberals? Are you really ready to back up your claims? or do you just want to continue spewing venom and hate? Go for it.

I heard a lot in the day about cities being "fifth on the list," for example, and I just wondered if there was a list per se, or was it all supposed to happen at once? My hometown had a lot of chemical plants, so we were supposedly "high on the list." Considering the size of that town (Charleston WV) I cant believe we were even on the Soviet maps! Probably part of the general paranoia, right?

There are congressmen and senators that have been in Washington for 40 years or more. They are completely out of touch with Americans. Senators were supposed to be appointed by governors, meaning they would be out every time a new governor was elected, and congressmen were supposed to leave their hometown for 2-4 years to REPRESENT in DC, then go home.

What happened? Would we be better off with term limits? Are these people completely out of touch?

I still have no idea why their is a war going on with Iraq? I heard from other people that it was for the oil is this true?

In my Opinion Bush should just stop this war too many troops are be sending away and apart from their family and for what? I hate it how we all americans want to win eerything. I think Bush doesen't want to end this war because then he would be losing. And these trips that hes making to Africa and all those things i think hes just doing that so he can win the election again. I mean yeah Africa needs the support but how about the Iraq's? Probably by now people are dieing out there in Iraq and bush is not doing anything!

Please tell me your opinion and answer the question please :]

asked her to report to the police station and has the right to show or not show. My sister showed up and talked with the detective. My cousin is charged with 1 charge Class C Felony for it being a little over 1000.00. The detective he talked to said there shouldnt be much to worry about since my sister was coopertive and was willing admitted to what she did and the detective also said he'll put in a good word for him since she has a clean record. I was just wondering does she really have nothing to worry about other than probation or will she have a greater sentence? we live in Arkansas

President George W Bush told Palestinian ministers that God had told him to invade Afghanistan and Iraq - and create a Palestinian State, a new BBC series reveals.
