Interesting theory. The question is how much did the American people have to pay for the extra security around Bill to protect him from Hillary.

Let's just say you're right; the GOP paid Monica L. to throw herself at Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton still had a duty and responsibility to tell that little girl, "No."
No, it's not right. I'm married and I have a daughter just your age.
No. I'm the President of the United States and I have more important things to do right now -- like find UBL.
No. As your employer, I could be criminally liable for entering a relationship with you because you are my employee. It's called third degree rape -- because no one will ever know if you slept with me because you wanted to, or because you were afraid of the repercussions if you didn't.
A whole host of reasons for him to say no, but he didn't. So we paid girl, and he fell for it hook, line and sinker. Guess Bills' not as bright as everyone thought.

Because 20 year old girls never throw themselves at men in power without some kind of provocation! And because we shouldn't expect the guy we gave first strike nuclear missile control to not have impulse control problems!
Bill and Monica are the only two people at fault in this one. Although, how we got from Whitewater, which was a land deal made before Monica Lewinksy was born to who did what to whom, when and where, is another question entirely.

OK I am a Bill Clinton supporter I think he was a great President. But he is also a guy who cheated on his wife and got a hummer he should not have gotten from Monica
As much as I like Bill he is like a lot of us, myself included, his own worst enemy
The Republicans never had to pay her
Now Linda Tripp, who betrayed Monica and took advantage of her, that is a different story

Interesting theory - it's the same theory Hillery had immediately following the infamous event.

Read Monica Lawinski's book. She wasn't paid. She was young an nieve and put too much trust in someone that she thought was a friend (who did get paid to rat her out).

Because if a 20 year old girl intern throws herself at a married president, that would make what he did acceptable?

Now, that's just silly.
Monika threw herself at the most popular president in recent history, and got a stain to thank for her efforts!

They didn't pay her, they paid her mother the amount is still undisclosed. If it wasn't a setup, why did Monica save the semen stained dress? Her mother was egging her on the entire time!
