I do, because Gore will get the same support , maybe more on the issues Obama is running on. They are not my choice, but I got a feeling this is what is going to happen. Could be wrong.

I do not think he would take the position of VP if asked.
He is more in the spot light now, even thought he is wrong about global warming, than he would be in the lack luster role of VP.
Besides, who would want to take a back seat to a President with no experience.

Gore already had that post and there really is no reason why he should drop everything he is doing and go back into government with anything less than Sec. of State. On the Dem side, it is essentially Clinton's to lose and should she win the Presidency, there is no way that Gore is going to be within four states of the District of Columbia. There was a lot of friction between the Clintons and Gore that time will never mend.

No chance. He's too smart to think that Gore would accept. Now a Gore/Obama ticket would be more interesting, but i don't think Obama would accept a VP nomination either.

Al Gore was vice president already.
He might pick Hillary *coughbitchcough* Clinton has his runningmate. Then in 2016, it'll be much more likely that she'll end up as president.

No, I think Hillary Clinton will be choosing Obama as her running mate, or possibly Biden. Either one a good choice.

It would give Al Gore a chance to make the most significant contribution to cleaning up pollution in the Potomac... telling congress to STFU!!!!!

I hope he chooses Wesley Clark, a former general, commander of NATO, and political nonpartisan who decided, upon review of the Bush administration's agenda, to run in opposition.

Of all the candidates, they have been in politics for the shortest time, and therefore we may have reason to hope that they are the least deeply in the pockets of corporate contributors.

I don't think Gore would accept it. He has been there and tried to get the higher position with no luck. It would be a serious kick to his ego to have to hold the Veep position again.

I don't think Obama is going to have to worry about a running mate!

Obama would probably choose someone to his own right to raise Republican defections to vote for him. I think he will choose someone like Bill Richardson or Bob Casey.
