So a few weeks ago I started a new job. I liked it, but the owner is the rudest person I've ever met. I was working yesterday and got called into her office. she told me that my look isn't what she likes and asked if it would kill me to dress more trendy. Then she said I look like crap and that a lot of her friends come in and she knows exactly what they would think of me.

I had been moving tables and setting up displays all day, then she mentioned that my pants were kind of wrinkled. Hello.... I was on the floor organizing stuff. It happens!

I go to work in slacks and nice shirts every day. That's what I was told to wear when I started. No, I'm not ultra trendy, but I'm not a drab either. I'm clean, my hair is done and I wear make-up!

I heard later that she has said the same thing to other employees.

What should I do? Is this harassment?

i do think that what thease terrorist`s want is for the people of this country to retaliate against the muslim community so that it would fuel the fire of there hatred toward`s us throughout the muslim community.. thus making even the most law abiding people into mindless moron`s... you should also remember to thease terrorist`s we are nothing WE ARE INFIDILE`S we are only good for KILLING, it has nothing to do with colour, race, but everthing to do with the fact that we are NON MUSLIM, there aim is simple to destroy the great western world,

lets try again-->im 16 & i bought my own cell phone and plan because they wouldnt get me one.
i have a job & buy alot of my own things including hair & food supplies & my own clothes.
my parents havent taken away the phone because they dont know i have it yet. i was just asking to see if it would ok to start using it around them without the risk of it being taken away.
i bought a prepaid phone so there isnt really a contract. i just have to pay my monthly plan charge to get my minutes by "topping up" {as they call it}
they didnt want me to hav ea cell phone because they thought i would lose it. i had i for about 1 year now & havent lost it.
im not spoiled {if i was i wouldnt have to worry about getting a phone taken away} & if i get it taken away im not going to waste money on a lawyer to get it back. thats gay.

What is the logue? Bin Laden and co killed innocent people. Did it make one better or safer? Israel and Palestine have been killing each other for decades -has that made the middleeast safer?
Now America and co are busy killing some innocent people around the world-are the americans safer? Is the world not experiencing more violence than ever before? Is it not a dangerous idea to promote the policy of killing people around the world in the name of promoting peace?

I am a die hard conservative. I am a military minded person. Most of my family is in the military and all of us are conservatives. My parents are Democrats, but they are very conservative Democrats, not liberal Democrats. I love guns and the military. Most real men like guns and the military, but most women don't like either of them. Basically, I think that most liberal men are wussies because they are afraid of guns and war. It would make more sense for a woman to be liberal than a man because of them for women's rights and such.

yesterday, there was folk dances in şişli,istanbul. I watched them and took some photos. I think, we need to more organizations like this for peace. colombia dance is the best for me. why don't we do more organizations like this instead of politics? do you agree with me?

.......I have been a legal alien since 1978 and I feel that I should have the right to vote , if I have the right to work here and pay taxes here and all other responsibilities.
My country doesn't allow dual citizenship , only under heartship circumstances and if I would apply for American citizenship, I would lose all benefits , that I have earned in my home country .
I really would like your serious thoughts on this .......
