I am a die hard conservative. I am a military minded person. Most of my family is in the military and all of us are conservatives. My parents are Democrats, but they are very conservative Democrats, not liberal Democrats. I love guns and the military. Most real men like guns and the military, but most women don't like either of them. Basically, I think that most liberal men are wussies because they are afraid of guns and war. It would make more sense for a woman to be liberal than a man because of them for women's rights and such.

I am a strong Conservative WOMAN and so are the women in my family.
My dad was a cop and I am NOT afraid of guns. I can probably out-shoot a lot of men.
I am proud of our military and I thank God that they still WANT to protect us after they read what the Democrats are trying to do to them.

It has been common knowledge ever since the JFK Presidential campaign that women tend to vote for the better looking candidate. It's shocking, but study after study have confirmed this.

Ironically, this is one reason why Bush was able to win the election. Women were ambivalent about Kerry because he is rather unattractive.

The Republican candidate is often viewed as stronger on national security, and women are more sensitive to this issue. Biologically, females crave stability and safety more than men. Hence, if a Republican candidate appears strong and dominant, he has a better chance than some Alan Alda type.

Wow. There is so much to review here.

You "love guns"? THAT way? Ahem, I hope you live in a "Liberal" state so you can consummate that love in the manner you prefer...

Just FYI, Im a Democrat, used to be a Republican, and I am an Army veteran. I didn't LOVE guns OR war, and if you had ever been in one you wouldn't "love" the carnage and bloodshed, the WASTE, which war is.

What you are doing is offering an opinion, not asking a question. What makes you believe anyone is interested in your opinion of what makes a conservative and what makes a liberal? If you are as proud of your military service as you say you are, why would you support for and vote for George W Bush, who deserted his post during a time of war?

Are you willing to take a look at this link and tell me why you would follow "patriots" who felt it was better to get marriage and student deferrments than to serve their country in Vietnam?

Way to make hasty generalizations about people.

Explore Empathy and try to understand people beyond your point of view.

I'm neither Liberal or Conservative and walk the line between, both extremes, extreme left and extreme right scare me sometimes...but both tend to resort to generalizations and name calling...such as you just did. If you want a legitimate answer you should perhaps ask a less atagonizing question.

Your question is sexist to, should we make generalizations about military people based upon your question such as they look down on women and see them as Wussies? NO...because it would be wrong.

Die hard conservative? Really? I would have never guessed after reading your question. I'm very conservative in that I think government should be smaller, less intrusive and fiscally responsible and I don't like guns. From your question I get a mental picture of Jack Nicholson as commander of Gitmo, as you. Please don't include me in your vision of real men. If an enemy landed on our shores I would volunteer to fight and I'm in my mid-fifties. Wake up, the cold war is over.

I noticed the lower the IQ the bigger the vehicle is. According to multiple studies most poor people and blue collar workers drive mini-vans and pick-up trucks and successful white collar business owners and millionaires drive luxury sedans but not necessarily status cars. Regardless of politics I have noticed that people who just want to drive a vehicle and be left alone are the sane people in this country while people that care about what others think are completely insane!!!

I think most liberal men are fruity and their women (Even ultra-libs) don't respect them. Some would call me a right winger because I like guns and some might call me a lib because I don't support most wars.

I'm a female who has been conservative for 30 years. I own my own business, have never been dependent on the government nor dependent on the NOW movement, I am a card carrying member of the NRA and am a staunch believer of the right to bear arms. :)
