I was recently told that if an American soldier is wounded in action in Iraq that they are evac'd to Germany. If they later die from their wounds they are not counted among those killed in action in Iraq. Is that true...does anyone know for sure?

i know somebody very close to me, and she is very sick. she recently found this out and wanted to get surgery, but couldnt because she doesnt have enough money to do so. i blame this on the government, because as hard as she works, the government wont help people if they dont have money to support themselves, and this is suppose to be a strong loving nation?? people from around the world want to come here because they think its great being here, sure it is if you come from a bad country, but if you lived here long enough, it is very difficult to survive because of the damn government. from other countries, people will help you regardless if you have the money to pay them. i think the government is terrible towards the innocent people dying or being severly hurt.

I use to be a faithful watcher back when American Morning with Paula Zahn was on with Jack Cafferty and the other dude who eventually left for Fox News (smart choice).

My eyes were opened to their anti-American foolishness following 9/11. Why do any rational Americans still view that channel?

In most national polls, when people are being asked whether they would be likely to vote for the Democratic candidate or the Republican candidate (not taking into account who those people would be), 50% said Democrat, 30% Republicans and the rest were undecided.

Yet, when you look at the polls, Hilary is barely beating Rudy. What does that say about the DNP's ability to nominate a viable candidate. Howard Dean should be fired!!

Suppose some man negligently (NOT INTENTIONALLY) gives a table spoon of some poisonous liquid to drink his 4 year old son assuming it a cough syrup.Later that 4 year old child DIES because of it.
Bottle of cough syrup was quite similar with the outlook of bottle of that poisonous liquid.That man did not read the label outside the bottle negligently.
What punishment by law can be given to such negligent act of that kind of father?(India)

Hypothetical Q.

Pretend for a minute that I was the head of a social/academic club and we decided to have a fundraiser. In this fundraiser, for each credit card form that was completely filled out, we received $5 from the company. We had 250 forms. I passed them out to my 25 member group (10/person).

Some of these came back with no SS# on them and others with no signature. There were about 20 in all that were incomplete but only on one or 2 lines.

On the incomplete ones, I made up social security numbers and forged a couple of signatures? Is that legal? If not, what is the crime? penalty? statute of limitations?

We were passing through this one neighborhood when a latino lady had just crossed the street. She stopped dead in her tracks and was looking at my wife(Yes my wife is 8 1/2 months pregnant as well). I stopped to ask her why she was staring so hard at her(and yes i was very polite). When all of a sudden she sneered at me and flipped me off. Then proceeded in turning and walking away. What do you think upset her? I don't know but it seems to me that ppl are acting very strange.
