My friend is getting ready to fo through a nasty divorce. She moved out of the marital home, but has come back a few times to get things. She went in last night and found a document that stated she was prohibited from taking anything from the house or making harassing phone calls. We both think it's not legit, but aren't sure. Wouldn't she have to be served in person at work or home? Wouldn't it at least have the state seal on it? Doesn't she have a right to take anything she wants from the house?

My brother-in-law has always resented the fact that they looked after me from the age of 14, when my mother died. I had to put up with various forms of abuse from him from the age of 14 - mental abuse. And latterly being ignored and being described as a 'neighbour' (I live next door to them), rather than as a member of the family. I have put up with his sickening behaviour for 26 years. He has now achieved what seemed to be his ultimate goal of excluding me completely and cutting me off from what was effectively my only family. My 'sister' started to treat me really badly about two years ago, and so this has seemed to be her goal too. I have suffered badly mentally and physically as a result. Four weeks after the 'harassment' warning, I injured myself quite badly, panicked and went to them for help, they pulled the curtain and

You can go outside any summer day in a major city and see the immediate effects of auto pollution. Why can't they just agree that we should be more environmentally conscious. It will help us become independent of foreign oil if we stop using oil and oil byproducts? Would it not substantially defund terrorism?

The windows on the car were down and he opened one of the locks by hand through the window and started looking through the whole car since the owner wasn't around. I didn't see the rest of what he did but, I was wondering if this is legal for an officer to do.

Clearly, radical neocons care nothing about America. They want power and will destroy everything good about America in order to get it. They protested the Kosovo War and complained about domestic issues because Bill Clinton was president. If Al Gore was president and went to war with Iraq in 2003 they would have protested that decision too. So, would it be in the best interest of America to take one for the team and allow another Republican to become president so the neocons will stand down and let our military defeat the terrorists? If there is another Republican Congress and another Republican president there is no way neocons would complain about the economy or the war and perhaps they would stop with the cowardly "cut and run" talk. Should America give them some power into order to defeat the terrorists, since, supposedly, that is what they want so badly?
