X won't call his son since Christmas! Can the courts make him call or make arrangements for visitation? X won't talk about it or answer his phone. He won't give me his new address. He says to call the courts. The courts don't have it. I am sick of his behavior. I have to get to pay some medical bills. What do I do? Will the courts act on this? I called his Attorney, she says I don't represent him anymore which is bull, she always says this until an issue comes up, she is there in court. Doesn't she have to give me his address? My son keeps asking when can he see his Dad. This is horrible! The Dad also left his 20 yrs. old daughter but he communicates w/ her all the time. Should I file for full custody & demand he looses his rights as a parent? Urgent Care just called me & said they have been billing him for his co-pays & he hasn't been paying.

The Republican party has hired 2 gentlemen to run the California Republican headquarters. The job pays over $100.000 a year. One of these men was brought in from Canada, and the other from Austrailia.
Was there really no one here that could do that job? Or was there no one left to want a job with the Republicans?

Following the link below will take you to a page which will show you Indiana's newest license plate design, "In God We Trust".

There seems to be a muted controversy (only hear about it once in a while) about whether this violates Church and State.

The reason being that, while ALL other plates Indiana offers with a special slogan/design (for Indiana U., Purdue, Riley's Children's Hospital, etc) cost an extra fee to get, this one is available at no extra charge. Part or all of the extra fee does go to the relevant organization as a fundraiser, by the way.

Additionally, the license branch reps make a point of mentioning this particular plate as an option.

I think I've given you the essential facts. What do you think? Is this particular plate a problem, does it walk the middle ground, or is it a good thing?

Similar thing goes about Americans.

"rule by private interests was ascendant, and they enforced that rule by law and arms. If you didn’t actually walk out the door, you could imagine that the United States resembled Italy under Mussolini."
It’s true that the U.S. may be a police state – as anyone who protests against the WTO will find in out in short, ugly order – but it is not, for most people, a totalitarian state. People tolerate, or actively embrace, corporate rule not primarily because they’re cowed by the police, but because they aspire to the promised gifts of the program."

Face it, most of the illegal immigrants in the USA would make great American citizens if given the chance. They are generally nice, hard-working, family-oriented people.

What if we gave all the illegals amnesty, but we deported an equivalent number of American residents who don't deserve to live here?

We could start with the Liberals. In light of the war on terror, they've shown their true colors as the traitors that they are. They could be sent to Venezuela or Cuba, so they can see what their beloved Socialism really looks like (and live alongside their fellow America-haters.)

Next we could send all our criminals to war-torn Afghanistan. Instead of preying, and bringing suffering down upon their fellow human beings, they'd be forced to contribute to society.

Anyone who is able-bodied and on welfare would be given the opportunity to work. If they refuse, they'd be sent to Mexico to learn how.

So what's everyone think of my illustrious plan?

For Us Religious People To believe In God...
Why Does the Tolerant Left give us such a hard time about it.?

Why Is it that my Faith is absurd to them
yet It their theory is absurd to me and thats not tolerated by them!

Shouldn't they just feel happy that theirs is allowed to be taught in Public schools and mine is not...

With the privatization of water supplies to cities and the phenomenal rise in bottled water and the media's implied distrust of the "tap", water is becoming a corporate commodity...and water IS our right, I am sure.
And before anyone tells me, yes the "details" was an editorial.

"Xenu (sometimes Xemu) is introduced as an alien ruler of the "Galactic Confederacy" who, 75 million years ago, brought billions of people to Earth in spacecraft resembling Douglas DC-8 airliners, stacked them around volcanoes and blew them up with hydrogen bombs. Their souls then clustered together and stuck to the bodies of the living. Scientologists believe the alien souls continue to do this today, causing a variety of physical ill-effects in modern-day humans. Hubbard called these clustered spirits "Body Thetans"
WTF? Who believes this crap you might ask...well, liberals do. Tom Cruise, Oprah Winfrey, Matt Lauer, etc...Prominent liberals actually buy into this crap, and yet expect Americans to trust what they say on issues of importance.

And they actually reject proven economic facts like capitalism and free markets. No wonder they struggle to identify with normal people. They are so far out in Left feild.

Bill and Hillary Rodham Clinton liquidated the contents of their blind trust upon learning it contained investments of $5 million to $25 million that could pose conflicts of interest or prove to be embarrassing to her presidential campaign.
The blind trust held stock in pharmaceutical companies, including $250,000-$500,000 in Biogen Idec and Johnson & Johnson and $100,000-$250,000 in Amgen, Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline. It also invested in General Electric and Raytheon, two leading defense contractors. The trust had a varied portfolio, with investments in numerous other companies, including Exxon Mobil, BP Amoco, Walt Disney and eBay.

Hmmm...Defense (WEAPONS) contractors, Drug Companies and Big oil.............

They should have bought stock in Hypocrisy Inc.

While evolution is a scientific theory , it has facts supporting it from a broad range of life science disciplines. There are absolutely NO COMPETING THEORIES with which to doubt evolution.
Republicans are full of other false beliefs like it's possible to defeat terrorism, capitalism is the only best system for everything ect., taxes are always too high ect. Of course, Hard core Republicans are proof if you tell a lie often enough, such as we are right to had conquered Iraq, regardless of reason, they'll believe it because their leaders tell them what to believe.

It's funny how Republican bozos want creationism to be taught in a science class, but do you think they would ever want it taught where socialism had succeeded? Of course not. They are so rigid in their beliefs that to even attempt to reason with them is futile, their ability to compromise comes only where they lack the power to ram their system down everyone's throat.
