I live in the state of Montana and my ex husband lives in Washington state. Four years ago we had a court battle over two children (twins) now both age 10 years. Anyway, he got residential custody and I only got summer time and holidays which adds up to nothing. He won because he had more money as neither of us are unfit. Now things have changed. He is remarried and does not allow me to meet his wife although he has met my husband many times. I don't know this stranger who is watching my children along with her three kids. Also, he just recently got a DWI and sat 2 weeks in jail, and is getting in all kinds of trouble with the law as far as traffic and all. Also he has a warrant for his arrest here in Montana for failure to appear on a misdemeanor harrasment charge. Is there any way possible for me to re-gain residential custody without the high cost of a lawyer? I really need some good advice. Thank you. The kids live mostly in Washington and here in Montana in the summer.

did he not think about this before invading it? as such, was the invasion worth the risk of americans to free Iraqis from a dictator?

If he did not foresee that terrorists would come to Iraq after the invasion then it was just another flip fop from his side for not looking at all possibilities. Afterall, we were with war with his bumper sticker "WAR ON TERROR". So he should have know better.

It is widely speculated that Iran my be aiding our enemies in both Iraq and Afghanistan. What can the United States do to stop this without widening the war and opening up more fronts? And without causing economic and political instability in the region?

How do we deal with Iran?

Oprah Winfrey confirmed her endorsement of Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama on CNN's "Larry King Live" last week. When asked what made her decide to back Obama, Oprah said she believes in Obama's capabilities. "I think that what he stands for, what he has proven that he can stand for, what he has shown was worth me going out on a limb for—and I haven't done it in the past because ... I didn't know anybody well enough to be able to say I believe in this person." But why not endorse Sen. Hillary Clinton? Oprah stressed that her decision to support Obama does not imply she is somehow against Clinton or any other presidential candidate. Oprah's endorsement marks the first time the talk-show host has endorsed a political candidate.

Who is the spin-meister behind this story?

If you were a parent who REALLY cared for your children, why would you EVER put them in a situation where they could be separated from you?

This situation is NO DIFFERENT than a parent selling drugs risking they could be busted and sent to prison, thus being separated from their children.

The law is the law - you break the law, you must be prepared to pay the consequence.

Are we going to get sob stories about families separated because dad robbed a bank next?

I am a parent and I would NEVER put my child in that situation...any other opinions on this?

I do fell bad for the children - feel bad that their parents could give a crap about them and are leaving them hung out to dry.

To me it makes common sense that man has something to do with it. Think of the billions of cars putting all that emission up into the atmosphere and neocons would lead us to believe that there is no chemical reaction with the atmosphere.

I couldn't believe what I heard yesterday, I was listening to the radio about these paedophiles being castrated and the interviewer asked a man his opinion about this, the man replied it was a violation against human rights. What about the violation against human rights when the dirty men who do these evil acts to a child! The child doesn't aks for this. I say castration to all paedophiles , it shouldn't be voluntary either.

...but in "closed primary" states, only Republicans can vote on nominating a Republican candidate. If you're NOT a registered Republican, would you consider registering as a Republican to vote for Ron Paul in the primary (then vote for whomever you want in the general election)?
