The drug crisis in America has not gone down. Many kids have access to marijuana, esctasy, and other hardcore drugs then a decade ago. People are doing drugs at a much younger age.

The War on Drugs has done nothing good; except prosecute the abusers and not the source of it all. If we really wanted to end the drugs we would have ended it a long time ago. All the meth labs in Columbia, Mexico, Honduras are still in operation. I guess it's cause fines and arrests are a necessity for the police and government to have work.

My dog ran out of our house and down the street attacked a dog that was passing by. She's never done anything like this. We've paid the vet bills and the other dog just got stitches for a 1 in cut. We've gotten a notice from animal control saying we have to turn the dog in for inspection! We just dont' have the money for that fee or the fine let alone the cost to get her out of the pound and a new dog license. She's up to date on all shots and has no priors. The vet clinic the other dog went to reported this. Is there any thing we can do? I'm so afriad they'll upset her and she may snap at someone at the pound. She's never been to a kennel or anything like that. She's very shy too. I don't know what I can do! Any advice??

My wife was injured in March of 2006 while in Basic Training for the Army. She is in the National Guard. After being sent to the PTRP for about two months she was sent back to her home unit. They have been compensating her since her return in a hope that she heals. After multiple visits to the doctors for her knee injuries (both knees) the doctor wants to do surgury. The military wanted a second opinion from Walter Reed and have yet to get her an appointment there for evaluation. Her origional Line of Duty stated the injuries in both legs and a few months ago the LOD was altered to only one leg, although both legs are still messed up. They have yet to change the LOD back after several attempts so she can get medical coverage for both legs. Can anyone tell me the process of a medical discharge and what her entitlements would be from this information provided as far as education, disability compensation, etc? My main concern is her surgury to be paid for. Thanks for the input!

I've been away for a while and noticed how Con rhetoric has severely deteriorated in to childish and asinine observations and accusations, most without any merit, so what gives Cons?

I was separated from the Air Force for Erroneous Enlistment which basically means that I did not inform them of my situatuion, but I was given a waiver for my situatuion and now I have been denied a waiver to get into the Army and no other branch will take me. Is there anyway that I can sue them for their wrong doing.

When America was founded, a great poet called, America, "the melting pot of the world." Where everyone can come and make a living and be themselves. Now they're trying to take that away. Who else thinks that them trying to do the immigration bill is wrong? I mean, when did we change from "the melting-pot of the world" to "Keep Out!!!"?

As Americans we must always remember that we all have a common enemy, an enemy that is dangerous, powerful and relentless. I refer, of course, to the federal government.

I saw in a newspaper that some politicians are trying to get health insurance for illegal aliens. But why aren't we trying to help people who are here legally first.

6 months ago, I was getting out of my car, and this guy comes up to me and tries to knock me over and take my purse. (My favorite one! :( ) I started screaming and suddenly a few people and a policeman came to my rescue. When the guy was taken away, he gave me this look that still haunts me today. So, at breakfest today, I saw the paper, which showed that same man being released from Jail. Do you think hes after me or something? I dunno. bored.......
