Yes they do. They can refuse it and get their own security (as Nixon did) but they continue to get secret service protection if they desire it.

YES, but Bill Clinton is the LAST to receive that benefit.
Before he left office, Clinton decreed that all subsequent Presidents, including George Bush, will only receive protection for 10 years. He did NOT include himself in that limit.
