Many companies are hiring the cheapest labor they can find and don't care if the people are in the US illegally. They pay them dirty money that is not taxed - thereby depleting the social security system. They lower the standard of living and force honest companies who hire only legal citizens out of business.

I read another email from a man who is losing his home and his company because his landscaping company can't compete with illegal aliens who are hired into other landscaping companies for cheap labor. These companies are not reporting their earnings or wages paid to illegals who are getting increased take home pay because they are not paying taxes out of their earnings. They are leeches in our country - both the companies who hire illegals and the illegals.

I hit a woman from behind yesterday. She was in front of me at a light and got pissed that I honked at her to go when the light turned green and she wasn’t paying attention, so she did a break-job in the middle of the intersection. I hit her of course, but then she left the scene of the accident. My question is, if she stayed would it be both of our faults since I hit her from behind and she intentionally caused a wreck?

Im and Army Infintray wife and the worst thing in the would happened this last week. My best friend got shot in a training accident. We were told that he was doing good, showing alot of improvment, and his family was getting taken care of while he was in the ICU. I was in England at the time and wanted to go home early but was asured that everything was ok. I got back to Germany and the secend I got off the plane we got in the car and my husband and I went to go visit our friend. The doctor pulled us aside and informed us that it had been to late. They had known he was not doing well for about 4 days and that he had been brain dead for 12 hours. We looked around and were shocked to see that no one from the company was there. We went down the street and his family was sitting on a curb alone. After my friend was shot the CO looked down at him looked back up at the guy who shot him and started yelling at him and left my friend not getting first aid.There were no safteys for the live fire

If I wanted to bring my Bible into a school, or Court, or other public building, does the First Amendment give me that Right?
To read it, not to stand around and preach. Do I have to sneak it in? Would reading my Bible in a Courthouse impose upon another's "Freedom of Religion"?

I watched a show on National Geo. last night, that said that when the Govt. restricted the sale of cold remedies to the public, the meth trade never slowed down due to the import of the drug from "mega labs" in Mexico that can mass produce a more pure product at a cheaper cost. What all is in the immigration bill? That all illegal immigrants would be granted citizenship and what else? And if they did this how would they get their papers? Come foward and admit to being illegally in the country? What about new immigrants after if this gets passed? And if it does get passed, how long would it take for it to be put into effect?

I am not sure how many people are actually aware of what the police (specifically Mike Minton of the St. Bernard Parish) did to pets in New Orleans. The police made people who were being rescued leave their dogs w/ them "to be brought somewhere safe" and instead they used them for target practice. There is a case being brought against them but it is going slowly and the story isn't being talked about enough. If you are as disgusted and angry as I am, please talk about this to everyone you know. Email people, sign petitions, do whatever you can to make sure these cruel men are put behind bars for a long time. These men were not shooting them to take them out in one shot (they say for humane reasons), they were shooting these poor animals in the legs, stomache... it wasn't humane at all so that argument doesn't even come close to holding water. Lets help make sure they rot in hell.
