I was in Iraq and I was very sad to see the poverty the people live in. I shed tears for the innocent children who were in the middle of our selfishness and our disregard for life.

To this day I don't even know if it was right to invade Iraq or if we should have left it alone. But I can tell you that I saw first hand how grateful some Iraqis feel towards Americans.

When they begged me for a bottle of water my heart broke. Many people might disagree with the war and I disagree with it too but the innocent people needed help. They need to be freed from the iron hand of Sadamm.

Maybe it was none of our business to help them because many civilian/soldiers lives are/were in jeopardy but please don’t feel the war is completely in vain.

Im hispanic, so yeah i stand up for my heritage, as i know so do you! but lately everyone has been up and talking about legalizing immigration. Personally i think we should because the U.S does need Mexican people to work..otherwise NOTHING GETS DONE!! what do you think?

is anyone buying this crap? <1> his father in -law works at the CDC.<2> is one of the top scientist ,IN THIS PARTICULAR STRING OF TB.<3>directly after this news broke, the inlaw was all over the news saying he "did not have anything to do with this" <4>this idiot with TB, and the CDC cant seem to agree with what was supposed to happen.. i can travel or i cant travel <5> this agent at the border slid the passport through his computer and the screen read HOLD,.DO NOT ALLOW ENTRY, CALL SUPERVISOR, and this government employee said "enjoy your stay in America"...this agent took an early retirement as as Monday evening.....sounds like one very interesting experiment ,gone terribly wrong

Why don't we have Term Limits for the House and Senate ?

Republicans were voted in with the Contract for America with the Slogan Term Limits.

Once they got power, they never wanted to pass Term Limits.


Pressure both Parties to pass Term Limits or we should vote them out after one term until they do.

I'm a Democrat who wants Term Limits. We need to stop the corruption on both sides.

So, apparently a conservative can call an elected official a liar, but if I call a conservative a "Clinton Hater" I get reported....
Funny, I always thought it was the Conservatives that said it was the Liberals that did all the violation reporting. Looks like it is the other way around.

So instead of coming up with some sort of reform that might toughen our borders and make it easier to track illegals everyone would rather it continue on the way it has…with nothing being done and no laws being enforced?? I received and inheritance from a relative who was living overseas, I've done the legal paperwork required and then the attorney assigned to the case just informed me the United Nations won't allow this funds to be transferred because we have to pay taxes on these funds. Is this correct legally? What the United Nations has to do with my inheritane? This is really puzzling me and my relatives abroad. I thank you for your legal and honest answer, because the Bank is retaining the funds due to the United Nations requirements. Do I have to get my attorney from the Us to take care of this situation or leave it up to the Attorney there overseas. Thanks. Marina.
