Is there such thing as a 'safe' smoke grenade/bomb? Safe enough for large rooms inside a building? If there is such thing, besides the Patriot firework kind, as a smoke grenades/bombs

Not really, most involve pyrotechnics and pose a healthy fire hazard. All involve either toxic gases or at least displacement of oxygen.

The only "safe" smoke I know of is the type generated for fire training or things like concerts. This is usually generated by a machine that creates a fog from linseed oil.

"If you cut up ping pong balls and put about 20 in tinfoil they will make a good amount of smoke when you light them and its not that hot."

Is from a retard, burning ping-pong balls give off toxic gasses, including cyanide.

DO NOT attempt his stupid suggestion.

No. Smoke grenades are weapons. While they are not quite as lethal as frag and concussion grenades they are still dangerous.

Wanna make some firework in a school toilet?

Don't do that. It's a crime. You'll be expelled.
