Bush will go down in History as the WORST president in USA ever because of his muddled, and incoherent plan for illegal aliens, taxes, education, health care, and his unplanned floundering attempt at Middle East peace.
Bush just wants to retain all the Cheap labor his Texas oil fields need to do the job. He avoids IRS taxes, employment wage contributions, FICA and he is supreme dictator over the Under the table slave labor mentality.
It's human nature to follow the lead man--and with Bush as President it's hard to imagine his staff would be any more clued in or intelligent!

I know you are asking opinions in reference to undocumented Americans vs illegal aliens, however if you want to get technical anyone from Canada down on through the lowest tip if South America can claim the name American.
In answer to your question for how it was asked. What is the issue with calling illegal aliens undocumented Americans, or illegal aliens, or undocumented aliens, or anything else that means the same thing? It is all the same thing.

Face it, the food on your table is cheaper because illegal aliens do the harvesting for pennies, I don't see unemployed americans lining up for those jobs. It would do us no good to deport them. I do think they should be taxed. And their employers should be taxed as well. If they are going to be here and make use of our infrastructure, citizen or not, they need to pay their way just like the rest of us.

Sure. Someone who was born in America, but no one made any (legal) papers for him/her (e.g.).
If you're referring to the illegal aliens, they are obviously not "American", but are criminals, subject to deportation.
Harry Reid must have received a huge pay-off, to be pushing for cheap(er) labor in the U.S. He is a traitor and justice demands that he be tried and executed (along with many others).

no. but they could be called Americans. well, only people who live in South and North American, (Mexico, Canada as well). there places are called the Americas.
