And I am not looking for pie in the sky answers like "deport them all" it just is not happening. What would you do to deal fairly with those in our borders now, while making it harder for people to come here illegally?

If so, why wouldn’t the woman be charged for killing her baby?
If someone thinks that they can justify, how about if someone fires a gun and hits the woman, killing the baby, but not her. Is that murder?

I had some police search my house a while back, they found not even a half gram of marijuana in a safe, also in the safe was a $110 dollars scale and about $200 dollars cash. They took the marijuana and then said they had to take my 75 dollar safe and the 110 dollar scale and my cash because all of this was inside the safe...is this legal?! Because that 200 dollars was from my last paycheck from work, the scale wasnt needed so i can see why they took that, but the safe was to hide my money from my friends...is this legal to take things that arent illegal? Im sure the crooked cops kept the money for themselves...who knows...but i think it isnt legal...i just want to see what answers i get from you...thank you!

And by committing crimes how much money do they get cause its not like mobsters have day time jobs right? Also is the mafia like what is seen in the movie "Goodfellas". And if the cops know who the mob bossses are why dont they arrest them? And one more question what do the mafia do on a day to day bases and are they rich?

I don't believe he has a snowball's chance in Hades. The "Liberal" description of him doesn't even get close to how far to the left this guy goes. Personally, I wouldn't trust him to look after the portable outhouses on a contruction site.

One day, my friends had to get to school for some club their in at like 6:00 in the morning, so I walked to school solo. On the way, I decided to walk into a Fashion Footwear that was on the way to school to check something out. But as it was only 7:00, it was still closed. So I walked down the plaza when all of a sudden, a parking meter just broke. The top fell off and quarters were falling everywhere. Within seconds, a security guard at the plaza came running in. For no reason he accused me of this. He told em to empty my purse. Inside my purse, he found three quarters. He accused me of theft He then handcuffed me to a nearby dumpster. It was embarrassing. Not only was I in my school uniform, but a school bus passed by and people I knew saw me handcuffed. Then the police arrived. They asked me a few questions and told me I would have to come with them. They handcuffed me behind my back and took me to school first. I was brought in with my handcuffs still on (so embarrassing)

It seems as though many posters will cite the Supreme Court as having "settled the issue" if there is a decision in their favor, but criticize them if they don't like the decision.

So what is your attitude about the Supreme Court? Are the they final arbiters, or can they get it wrong just like the other branches of government?

Thanks.

First I don't think people should be able to send an anonymous message to our senators on a political issue. People who can't stand behind their comments are worthless. So Diane and company say the hate mail they've gotten over the immigration issue is the most racist ever. Why don't they prove it? Lets see the hate mail. Lets see who sent it too them and make sure its not their own trying to make the anti illegal immigrant community look racist?

Studies show that not executing a murderer leads to 5 more murders.

Likewise, for each execution, 5 fewer murders are committed.

Do Dems like killing those 5 innocent people by not allowing murderers to be executed? Is that the Dems' goal?
