Ohio state laws? Where does one start? The real father has never laid eyes on the child, but does consistantly pay his child support. How ever current partner is the one called "daddy" and the one who has been around the for childs whole life, providing majority of support, along with myself.

Can people not see the similarities between Pat Robertson and the collectivist goons on the far right and Al Gore and the collectivist goons on the far left?

If you oppose the FBI getting data on who stayed in what hotel room and when, why don't you oppose a new agency getting data on who saw what doctor and when?

The fight for Liberty has two fronts, people.

In the fight that is represented in the media as between the Cheney side and the Hillary side, they'll both win and the individual will lose.

Vote Libertarian!

I hear that commisaries on military bases except coupons up to six months beyond the expiration date. Due to high security reasons generic addresses are not allowed...must have a specific place/person and address to send them to.

I have been stopped twice (both time given warnings) when out of state in different states where the office askjed me to get out of my vehicle and asked me to get in their car, then asked me many questions, and finally requested to search my vehicle, which I declined. Once I was told I was getting awarning for speeding, and once a warning for too dark tint (which was legal in my home state)

Let's face it, if the government put more effort and resources into enforcing its current laws against those who employ illegal immigrants more than half the battle would be over. I get that its cheaper to for a company hire someone illegally, pay them less, not pay proper insurance coverage or taxes, and keep them working in substandard conditions that most americans nor the law would allow. I also get how this all comes down to the almighty dollar and feeds into the increased greed among those who continually get rich off the sweat, blood and tears of a population that are clearly and blatantly are being taken advantage of. I understand there are those who'll say americans will not do this work, but my argument would you do back breaking, smelly, underappreciated jobs for, if youre, lucky, a mere eight bucks an hour with no type of benefits and a family to support. With these inhumane conditions, why do you think our goverment continues not to address issues and enforce the law?

we were coming off a 5 day patrol and were in line about in this field about 30 yards apart from each other, ( so any snipers would not get more than one at a time) when the choppers came in,well the noise from the choppers made the ground rumble and out of the bushes a rat came running across the field and ran up my leg into my crotch, i grab my crotch and start jumping up and down and the door gunner in the first chopper thinks i am being shot at so he starts shooting in the bushes then my squad takes up a defensive position and starts an attack into the bush line everybody is shooting the choppers are circling and shooting and wont land because of all the fire going on and i am trying to get this stupid rat out of my crotch, finaly the rat came down my other leg and ran off, i figured that rat cost about 50,000 dollars of us ammo, i write this because you always hear about the bas things, but funny things do happen in combat

Some of my friends are total war junkies! A couple are too young to sign up for the military, but in about 5 years, they can.
They want a war to be goin' on(Crazy, huh?).

Who do you think the US will be at war with in about 5 years?

My brother has been there since August. He was wounded in October.
He tells me in an e-mail that he's depressed. From his perspective (being there) things are getting worse, not better.

Perhaps it is a matter of perspective. If you deal with the danger and crap day in and day out, it does all become a blur, as he tells me.
Perhaps some armchair warrior with rose colored glasses can paint a prettier picture of the situation? At least it will provide him and his comrades a laugh, so you'd finally be supporting the troops...

For a long time, I was being told by right-wing extremists (different from actual conservatives) that the insurgents were not targeting American soldiers, and that was because we had defeated al Qaeda in Iraq.

So now that al Qaeda is taking responsibility for kidnapping allied soldiers, what say ye, extremists?
