It's the Neocon way - You have to believe that those privileged from birth achieve success all on their own. If you're poor, it has to be your fault. No exceptions.

The scary thing is this mentality leads a lot of the Cons/Reps to believe that all poor people are lazy and inherently bad people because they don't have money. They judge people by their wallet size. Your voice is only as loud as your bank account is big. This type of thinking leads people to become more and more greedy over time.

It's time we all work together. Keep in mind, we as Americans won the lottery by being born in the US. We(and I include myself) take this for granted. We will never know what it is to live off of pennies a day like some people in the world, yet some of us think those people are at fault for being born to a poor family in a poor region of the world. Sure, there are lazy poor people but can't we just look at that as a form of collateral damage? It's our justification for the hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis we've killed in this war. It's not like people on welfare are living the high life.

Your question doesn't make sense to me. You gotta earn it. Free hand outs simply keep the poor dependent. Try living in a southern state and see the effects for yourself. I believe in the "increase to inherit" theology. You give a million bucks to an uneducated poor person and they'll blow right through it. What is needed is education and work ethics.

Sure people hit hard times and in that case yes we as a community should help them but to simply throw money at someone solves nothing.

People that have money deserve it because they earn it.

Get and education and a career otherwise you will be poor.

It is your choice, and if you choose to be poor, that is not my problem.

My hard earned money shouldn't have to pay for people that chose not to get an education or do not work.

Who are the poverty stricken disadvantaged you are talking about? Black people? Non English speaking people? The homeless? To answer your question those neo-cons you refer to are hard working, educated Americans.

Answer: No!
Details: Your statement/rant demonstrates an utter lack of understanding, economics, grammar and spelling...
You are living proof that a fool and his money should have never gotten together in the first place.
