I would like to become an audiologist, and I think the Navy is the best bet, but their website is a little unclear.

I am three semesters away from earning a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. This is the degree required to pursure an doctorate in Audiology, but I don't know where I can find information about pursuing this career through the Navy, or Air Force, or Army.

Basically, I am looking for a way to navigate through military careers and information about the opportunities that the military offers, without having to search through the offical military websites.

this is an opportunity to forge our strongest alliance w/in the ME, yet.

the separate factions are working together for the FIRST time in their history to squelch the infighting. the sunni's sudden opposition to al-qaeda can't be denied & they were previously their strongest ally. yet, the country has finally had their full of the random bombings that have claimed so many of their lives & together, want al qaeda out.

aren't these truly monumental changes within the country? a thread of hope that with our continued presence, these different ideologies will continue to come together to establish a country united in peace?

we can focus upon about their violent history, but when have they ever had the opportunity to come together before? saddam's regime was itself intentionally divisive, as he would have been greatly threatened had the country as a whole united against him. the people need time to build trust among themselves. can't we give a little more?

Has Bush lost his mind or has he become a flip flopper just like his Democrat friends? One minute he's preparing to bomb Iran's nuclear facilities & now now he's talking to an Axis of Evil country that wants to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.

Again, has Bush gone completely crazy & if so should he still be allowed to be President if he is appeasing US/Israeli enemies?

I have read a lot about the visas/immigration process. My boyfriend is French, eventually we will be living in France (in 5 years) but during the next 5 years we would like to live and work in the US. I am trying to find the best and cheapest solution. I live in CA and I was thinking that when he comes here on his next tourist visa we would just go to vegas and get married and then begin the process .. any suggestions? I really appreciate any advice you can spare. Thank you!

I am by no means one of those die-hard anti-Bush guys. I am conservative. However; I do question Bush's Middle East policy. We invaded Iraq on the premise that Saddam had WMD's. Keep in mind that when we invaded Iraq, we had no idea that Saddam even had WMD's. To make matters worse, he never even hade WMD's! We now know for a fact that Iran has WMD's. I thought that Bush labled Iran, Iraq, and North Korea on the, "Axis of Evil". If we take over Iraq because they might have WMD's, why not do the same to Iran now that we know they have WMD's. Look at North Korea. They even tested a WMD a few months back. They are on that Axis too. If you look at it, we picked the absolute wrong country out of the 3 to invade. We know Iran and North Korea have nukes. Where is their invasion. Its unfortunate that we picked the country with no nukes to invade.

Harry Reid quote one....
On our side of the aisle, Democrats believe they should do something very, very close to what was done in the bill that was sent to the president to be vetoed," Reid said.
ap same article...
Not having enough votes to override the veto but unwilling to back down, House Democrats last week pushed through a new bill that would fund the war only through July. That bill is unlikely to survive the Senate, where several Democrats say they do not want to appear to be turning their backs on the troops by funding combat in installments.
quote three same article
Accordingly, Reid and Sen. Carl Levin (news, bio, voting record) proposed that the Senate vote on legislation demanding troop withdrawals begin on Oct. 1 but allowing Bush to waive that requirement.
Why cant Harry get it
"The bottom line is that a date for retreat is a date for retreat, and the president opposes such provisions Dana Perrino, White House Spokesman.
