I work under a manager that is very lazy and racist, and his boss is just as bad he is he thinks this guy does no wrong the entire store has reported him and he still think this guy is doing no wrong. Is there any one I can go to report him other than the people he works for.I have tried getting touch with Human Resource but nothing ever happens. Any one with any suggestions please help.

File a complaint with the EEOC. (Equal Employment Opportunity commission), if you're being harassed you may have a Title VII claim. You may want to speak to an employment lawyer and discuss your options of filing suit.

While you could look for and find the companies owners or big-wigs by visiting www.bbb.org or the Secretary of State's site for the State you live in and contact them to tell them what is going on and if it is THEIR money or their behind on the line, they may take action, however, if they don't other than to question the manager, the manager will either make you so miserable you want to leave or find a nit-picky B.S. reason to fire you.

Look for another job as this employer obviously does not care about their workers. Nothing will happen or change unless/until the bottom line profitability of the location you work for is below the companies standards.

Go ahead and go insane! Nothing will happen. I've tried the same thing, for years!
