Everybody's fed up of political votes, even the english speaker was taking a piss out of it (as usual). This is putting the reputation of the show really down. There was only one eastern european song that was good, the one from Bulgaria, and by no means Portugal would vote 12 for Ukraine, which means that the millions of Ukranians that live there just mass voted for their own country. The portuguese would never vote so much for something so gay (we are very conservative people). The show is loosing it's meaning. They should have a panel of judges from each country to vote, not the entire population of the country because it will turn out as political votes. It's not fair for the UK to be classified within the last positions when their song was far better that most of the eastern block countries', ok, having trolley dollies is not a great way to get votes, but the song was not that bad this year, compared to last year.

I think Paris Hilton should be able to pay someone to serve her 45 days in prision. There may be a poor person who is desperate for money to feed their family. What do you think?

In the old days they had a 'whipping boy'. This was a poor boy, who was whipped when his rich buddy got in trouble (someone had to be punished, so the parents would pay to exact the punishment on the poor boy instead whenever the rich boy got in trouble).

?? I'm just wondering what in the world this has to do with anything. Of course, the answer was NO - but if that wasn't the case, would they try to say he shouldn't be elected? Does that mean ALL candidates who have had premarital $ex shouldn't be President? That's the only possible reason I could think for someone to ask such a question. BTW - how would we ever find a president for our country?

How insane/wicked is the Israeli David Bar-Illan, director of communication and policy planning for Benjamin Netanyahu, for saying "the Palestinians can call whatever fragments of the West Bank are left to them a "Palestinian state", or they can call it "fried chicken"?

Is freedom choice? It seems to be a thing of the past being able to make up ones own mind. What do you think... is too little asked of the opinions of the individuals within our society?

Everytime I hear a debate on immigration, someone gets called a racist. Why is racist to be aginst illegal immigration? Now, if someone was against illegal immigration from only African countries or Nordic countries, then I would see a point. I don't get it??!!

this war situation has raised a lot of emotion in all of us. none of us are immune from the feelings of sadness & horror that are elicited daily upon watching the news.

how many realize that when they spew hatred for bush & his policies (this war), he is acutely aware of their feelings & criticism.

yet, he has done & continues to do what he feels is best for us despite it. it would be easy for him to buckle to the criticism, drop his efforts & make amends before a complaining public in order to raise his popularity & stop the outcry. it is only his steadfast belief that we are, in our efforts, preventing further terrorist attacks on own our soil that prevents him from taking the easy road out by doing that.

perhaps, the next time you find yourselves tempted to spew your contempt, you should be as mindful of its hurtful meaning as bush is & realize that with his willingness to absorb your venom & stay the course, he is in fact taking it in the face for all of us - you included

immigration figures. Some authoritities such as Westminister and Slough have reached saturation point and are in dire straights.

When is this government going to implement tighter controls over immigration and entry to a country that is already swamped and over flowing in some places.

Yes I know the spread is all wrong but do you imagine that anyone living in the Cotswolds would welcome migrants with open arms....no they would complain vehemently. So it is the few again that have to bear the brunt of immigrations.

I am not racists it just that everything is suffering because of the demands on public services in some areas.

Please listen Gordon...Tony hasn't.

What are your thoughts on this matter. Please do not rant about Britain for the Brits lets us have sensible discussion on how this issue can be resolved.

Abby dear, I believe that Americans should come first. I believe in the right to bear arms and I believe in harst and swift punishment for those who intentionally do harm to others. I believe people should be able to walk down any street at any time without fear. I believe people should be able to worship as they wish as long as it does not negatively effect the rights of others. I believe in the seperation of church and state. I believe lobbying as it's done on Capitol Hill should be a crime punishable by law. I believe prison terms for any politician who commits a crime against the taxpayers of this country should receive a jail sentence that is double the norm and it should be served not in a country club prison but in the same prisons the grneral population gets sent to. I also believe that I am one of the very few if any who share my views. Mercy should be reserved to those who show it others.

I have been bullied as a kid and I want to plant evidence say heroin in the house of the bully. I also have unquenchable thirst for power and authority. I want to beat homeless people and people in general. Like Dirty Harry or Vic Mackey.
