I just joined the National Guard recently and my recruitor mentioned how piercings are looked down on and then i talked to a girl in the army who said dying your hair is also looked down on.
So I need clear answers cause google isn't helping.
Are piercings banned (even if it's a small nose stud)?
And can you dye your hair?

If a deputy assist another deputy (lead investigator) in an accident investigation, and he removes evidence (such as hair) off one of the boats, shouldn't he supply a supplemental report to the lead investigator? Why would a deputy remove evidence from the boat?

The company I work for does not issue company phones. I am a delivery driver and when the customer is not available at the point of delivery my company expects me to ring the customer using my own phone or ring my company to ring the customer. I am also expected to use my own phone (without a hands free kit which is not provided) to answer questions from my company.
The boss has already threatend making myself redundant for not delivering items to addresses where no one is in or it is unsafe to leave the item because of fear of theft (whitch has also happened to me)
After raising the issue to my line manager today, stating that I have no obligation to make or recieve calls whilst driving on company business (illegal in its self) with my own phone which I own and pay for, i was told, 'if you dont like it then find a job somewhere else'.
Im wondering where i stand legally here?
My phone number is also given out to customers and calls I have made have been diverted abroad!!!!!

I have been charged 125 bucks for "cleaning," which is bs considering I cleaned the apartment thoroughly and basically left the apartment in better shape then when I moved in. When I asked the building super she said the carpet was dirty so I asked her if she could show me and she said no also the carpet was a dark brown color. Then said I have pictures but they are being developed. I asked a few days later and she did not show them too me. Low and behold it has almost been 3 weeks and they still refuse to show me proof of this "damage"

Lobbyists represent big businesses and by contributing to "election campaigns" infuence the politicans to pass laws (or prevent laws from being passed) that help the business, but often hurt you and I. It doesn't matter which party, Democrat or Republican. This is why we have preditory lending, payday loans, illegal immigration, eminant domain, unfair banking and credit card practices, trading imbalances with China, bad environmental laws etc.

Should lobbying be disallowed?

- WHAT DOES THE LAW DICTATE?
- Does Federal/State Law trump company policy?
-Whats the statute of limitations (time window) on a suit?
- Can the cost of future health expenses of the litigant (those directly related to the suit, and those directly resulting from denied heath benefits during the time of employment) be incorporated into the suit on the premise that those expenses would never have existed had those health benefits been provided?

Perhaps then they would not have been surprised by the fact that so many other fighters from other countries are joining the fight against the occupying US military.

Muslims know no borders and will come from the 4 corners of the globe to aid other Muslims who fight against those that attack their religion.

Ok, so ever since meeting one of my friends, I've been wanting to join the Navy. My mom and dad were in the Army, and my mom advises against it. She says it doesn't matter what branch you are in and what you do, you will be going to Iraq. She also says that if I do want to join, wait! I look on here and see the same questions and I'm torn. I really want to join to gain experience. I have a college degree, but I'm afraid of going to Iraq. I just don't want to go over there...what do you think I should do, wait or just go through with it?

Pretty much everyone was shocked to see that they were illegals. No one even local authorities did not question it and most immigration experts stated if they were not white they would have been discovered a lot quicker than now.

I have heard this statistic for decades. But I also heard once that this figure was arrived at by comparing the number of marriages performed each year to the number of divorces granted during the same year. Seems to me that that would be a severely flawed methodology, since it leaves out all the people who were married before that year and remained married afterwards. It looks at beginnings and endings, but of different marriages.

It seems to me that a better way to do this is just to follow a representative number of marriages and see how long each of them lasts.

So how do they arrive at the statistic? And is it really 50%?

I'm including this in law because the question is relevant to some questions and answers here. Thanks.

and liberals as "lie-berals," do they realize that their question is basically worthless after labelling a group of people like that? Do they realize that name calling will result in nothing but childish BS? Do they realize that it is the reason that YA is home to practically no political debate?

I honestly used to believe that anyone who argues Politics is at least somewhat intelligent, regardless of who's side your on, but lately, I'm not so sure anymore
