No state allows a 16 year old to move out, without either being removed by CPS or they go through emancipation.

Generally, no. In most Western countries and US states the age of majority is 18. (In four US states it is higher: in Alabama and Nebraska it is 19; in Mississippi it is 21.) Until you reach the age of majority, or are otherwise legally emancipated, you need your parents' or guardian's permission to move out.

so actually, in Alabama you have to be 19 in order to move out!!!

So, why do you want to leave home? It's expensive as hell to live on your own. Swallow your pride and stay home until you finish school and get a good job. I wish I could still live off my parents and I AM A PARENT. It's a scary world out there. Don't get into it sooner than you have to. Good luck.
