Will the Blue Angels be flying as usual in Annapolis, MD this month?

I don't know, but I wouldn't go to see them. They lose guys too often, turning them into real angels.

Maybe it's just too dangerous

yes. They only canceled one or two shows. The rest of their schedule stands.
