I pulled my credit report through a company called Identity Guard and in it it contains background information and according to that I was arrested and charged for drug posession a felony in the state of Arkansas I have never even been to Arkansas and that definately was not me I live in Ohio. I dont know what to do to find out if this is a mistake on the part of Identity Guard or if someone has stolen my Identity. I called Identity Guard but am just getting the run around from them and my local police department will not help me until I can prove this is really listed under my social. I am going for a great job interview on Saturday and am afraid I wont even be called back If this does show up on my background check. Arkansas is not a public information state and they want you to pay for everything. I dont know where to begin Please Help

If you are an American running from the law, where can you go to be safe? Are there foreign countries, which do not care about your criminal record or outstanding warrants for your arrest in the United States, where you could go to live in safety? What is the process for getting there, since I assume the government would not allow you to fly out of this country if you use your passport?

People are constantly hitting bush because of this war on terrorism, and for other things, and it seems like everyone is saying that bush is not listening to the people when there is 290 million americans to listen to, what else do you do? i know many old friends that payed the same price as she is for the same reason she is. so why is everyone saying to pardon her? thats bull man. last year i got my first ticket ever i am 26 years old some lady hit me as i was driving my sister to the store in her car which did not have insurance. i got a ticket for no insuirance and for the next 3 year i have to pay a surcharge of 260 every year. i was pissed but **** happens. so why does she who has violated thelaw over and over . and has numerous tickets feels she should be pardoned? reality check is what she needs.

Ok here is the situation that I am in. I parked my truck in the plaza where I went into the 24 hour fitness. I believe that 24 owns most of the parking lot but I am not sure. There are other stores who put up signs and other things for their parking only. Ow yeah this is at around 12:18 to 1:45 in the AFTERNOON!! There are no signs posted saying that they are not liable for anything that happens in the parking lot. I parked about 45 yards away from the front door. They have two cameras but were not pointed at my truck. They were only pointed at the front door and some of the cars in the parking lot. I also installed a Viper alarm (viper only offers a one year policy on their alarms) at Best Buy about 3 years ago and the alarm didn’t go off at all. The criminals popped off the outside lock and ransacked my truck. I need to know what I can do if anything to make any of these companies pay for the damages to my truck. I ned to know what i need to know or find out and what i can do!!

I allowed my sister to use my ID to travel back in forth to work because she had her license taken away due to having 2 DUI's. She was pulled over and told the officer she was me. The officer figured out that was a lie and called me to ask if I had given her permission to do so. I have not called the officer back yet and am wondring what kind of trouble i am looking at if i lie for my sister.
