why is paris hilton considered above the law?

i know many old friends that payed the same price as she is for the same reason she is. so why is everyone saying to pardon her? thats bull man. last year i got my first ticket ever i am 26 years old some lady hit me as i was driving my sister to the store in her car which did not have insurance. i got a ticket for no insuirance and for the next 3 year i have to pay a surcharge of 260 every year. i was pissed but **** happens. so why does she who has violated thelaw over and over . and has numerous tickets feels she should be pardoned? reality check is what she needs.

She has all that money and cant find a lawyer to get her out on a loophole like all the rich people do? If not, she must have really got caught red handed with no wiggle room.
I say throw the book at the biatch to show her that she is NOT above the law and that there are really penalties to be paid for not being a good citizen.
At the very least, for not being halfway intellegent and not getting caught in the first place.

I just read that Paris Hilton's fans are petitioning California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon her.

Paros Hilton has urged fans to sign a petition to keep her out of jail because she "provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives". Hilton's plea, on her MySpace website, came as her lawyers filed a notice with the court indicating their intent to appeal.


I think a stay in jail would be good for her. I think Schwarzenegger would be a fool to pardon her. Let her take her punishment just like every other citizen. "Don't do the crime if you can't do the time."

I couldnt agree with you more. Paris Hilton is an awful role model for all these little girls. What does letting Paris Hilton go free prove? That it's ok to break the law and act like a drunken little hoe bag and make sex tapes?! Come on now, she's no more special than anyone else out there. My brother got a DUI while on probation and spent 30 days in county jail, and you know what, I believe that Paris Hilton is actually getting off easy. And I hope that her appeal is DENIED!
