A co=worker was disaplined for taking pictures of womens backsides. Not nude or anything, but still it was of there bottoms. I want to know if there is a law against this or if this is just unecceptable behavior.

I believe it depends on where the pictures were taken. If it was a public place like an office or store then no it's not necessarily against any law. If it was in a place they thought was private like a restroom or their own home then it could be voyerisim and different states have different laws against that. It is sexual harrassment and inappropriate though.

Here in Washington State it is called voyeurism. And can send a person to jail for 6 months. And the people having their picture taken can sue for sexual harassment.

Check your state laws.

Unacceptable behavior....actually, rather bad behavior.

And doing so at work could lead to a sexual harassment case. Methinks apologies are in order.

yes, it can be considered a form of sexual harassment.

was the pics taken of his women coworkers without them knowing?

or something on his own private time? and he brought them to work to show? (that would be sexual harassment)

inappropriate by all means and can get into trouble for sexual harassment unless he is doing it of both men and women
