im sick and tired of this communist thing, but if we embargo goods fine, but dont embargo PEOPLE
the right to travel is a HUMAN right, not an american right, it is up to the traveler to research the country

and people keep saying that china is becoming less communist - another lie brought to you by american capital interests - even if china was fully communist, you really think america would stop business with the country? that would mean moving factories from china to america, which would mean a pair of slippers would move from 10 dollars to 150 dollars because americans actually HAVE a Minimum Wage. china doesn't, so they are literally making shoes for pennies, which means why things at walmart is so cheap.

i personally hate castro (not as much as bush) , but the embargo simply HAS NOT WORKED. they wanted to overthrow castro's government. did they? NO. they wanted to cripple the government? they day? NO. listen to the rest the world, who voted 16 YEARS to condemn the embargo.

If it was for power then why hasent iran let any inspectors into the country to examine there so called "Nuclear Program".
If they are building nukes dont you think they would actually use them as a weapon of offensive use instead of defensive use?
Should we act against iran now?
And if we dont can you answer for the deaths of thousands?

Be forced to only teach General Education...
If they are not aloud to teach religion or even talk about it .. hand 10 comandments in school or use the pledge of allegiance...and all other "personal opinons"

shouldnt they only bea ble to teach
Math
American History
world History
Science... and only FACT{no theories}
English
Reading
Writing
Spelling

Sex education , religion , Theories of the creation, evolution, global warming and all other assumptions should be up to the parents to teach ...

IF public school cannot teach it all they should teach none of it

I would be fine in the teaching of evolution if they taught Gods creation of people as well

I would be fine witht he big bang if they taught the bibles idea as well

I would be fine with sex education if they taught abstainace as well

i would be ok witht he celebration of Kwanza if they also celebrated Christmas, hanukkah!

Why be biased to just Christianity?
ALL or nothing

Subject: Increase Violence in Iraq

Message: Joking?
No I'm not joking.
"We didn't initiate the violence in Iraq"?
Are you joking?
You sure as hell did.
Let me give you a little reality check.
According to UN and international compiled figures 650,000 (and rising daily) Iraqis have died since the American invasion.
As opposed to USA Pentagon figures which a:
1. Never include a counting of civilians casualties since Bush ordered that civilian casualties not be counted, and never were.
2. Never include wounded or displaced numbers..
3. & BTW Never include American wounded, the "official" number of American wounded is zero.
So hundreds of thousands already have died whether you believe it or not. Saddam didn't remotely approach such numbers except during his war with the Islamic Jihad Shia/Iranian coalition. The same majority Shia Bush & Co elevated to power by removing Saddam.
This is a total mismanaged ill-conceived bloody mess and it is indeed your fault.

If there are so many liberals out there then why isn't pot legal? I think it's because the number of liberals is greatly exaggerated. That means that Global Warming is a crock of siht, as well.

I keep getting moralizing responses, or ones that do not address the issue at all, and many tries to get the answered have been deleted.

This is a societal question.

If you have committed no moving violation, do you feel society has probable cause to search your breath and body fluids for drugs and alcohol?

It is common for DUI's to be issued on the strength of mechanical violations, like tail lights, and I think this is an unreasonable intrusion.

How loose are we going to allow probablt cause to get? What affect on our lives will it have?

Last December, I put a car in my name for my ex boyfriend. I signed all the paperwork and he is not listed on the loan anywhere. He did pay $500 of the downpayment, and gave me a $200/ month (the note was $308) toward the car from February to now. We were living together and other than his $200/month, I paid our other $1200 in monthly living expenses. I would take his cash, use it for groceries, and pay the car note with my debit card. So I have all the payment documentation. We broke up 3 days ago. During the time he was giving me money, he had exclusive driving rights to the car, which I think more than makes up for his meager payments and downpayment. I now want it back, and he is refusing to give it to me without the reimbursement of his $500. He claims he will sue me if I do not. He has no legal basis to demand money from me, right?
