I see liberals STILL trying to make excuses for not giving Bush credit for the economy. My question to you is are you employed? Are you finanically OK? If you own stocks or have an IRA, have they not went up the last 5 years? Can you afford to put food on the table? If you HONESTLY answer yes to these, how can you HONESTLY say things are bad? i have found out not one went off under saddam husians rule,and yet after the invasion anarchy and an average of 4 car bombs go off in iraq everyday.Also very few people left iraq to escape from saddams rule and yet under the present occupiers millions have left as refugees in neighbouring countries.what do people think?

I've seen some democrats in here make statements to the effect that poverty could be stopped in this country if poor people would be given money from rich people. I'm assuming these individuals are very very young and naive. Let's take a little survey here: who thinks that the average poor person would make their way out of poverty within six months, and stay out of poverty for a lifetime, if they were given several thousand dollars? My experience working with the poor population is that the typical poor person would use the money on foolish things, and would end up still poor, still uneducated, still blaming the government and bad luck on their plight.

OK, some of your best friends tell you that I have a gun, and I am planning on shooting you with it. I have been known to kill many people in the past, so although killing you would be a mistake, I am not afraid to do it.

Now, I am a wiley son-of-a-gun, and I can shoot you before you can shoot me. In the old west, I would have been a gunslinger. I may not be able to kill you on the first shot, but I will definitely do some damage.

So you ask me "Do you have a gun?", and I respond "Probably", followed by some curse words. You ask to see my gun, and you get the curse words again. You want to talk it over? Not gonna happen. I hate you and everything you stand for.

So what do you do? Do you wait for me to pull my gun and shoot you, so that you can shoot back after you are already shot? Or do you take action, and shoot me before I can shoot you, simply assuming I have a weapon?

If my life was in danger, I would take action. So what is different about this and the Iraq war?

Leading Democrats like John Edwards want to pull Troops from Iraq and send them to Afganistan?
The American public didn't vote for that! We voted to have the troops brought home!
Some other Yahoo, said send the troops to Afganistan to fight Al Quaida there?
So, we can't keep the troops in Iraq to die, but its OK to send them to Afganistan to die?
And I thought Al Quaida didn't pose a threat to the US, whether they are from Iraq or Afganistan. If they aren't in the US, then they aren't a threat, right? This is what the Dems have been saying all along. Al Quaida isn't a threat. every democrat has said that.
Look out America, The Dems are duping us, and not doing what we elected them to do. Shame on them...
