I need to know were to find more information on wrongful termination. My x boss is making false accusations about me to my new employer. What can I do?

I have a workmans comp case going and was released by the Dr. but now I can`t get my Lawyer to get going on it. I want to know What are my options before I call him talk to him about this. Where do I stand?

I had signed up to a website a while back and agreed to their conditions, and to keep it short, now I am eligible to receive a product from the, and they have changed their conditions AFTER I signed up, but not informed me, is it right for them to enforce these terms and conditions?

Are you against the death penalty or are some crimes acceptable to put someone to death. An extreme case would be Gary Ridgway who admitted to killing 48 women. Now from what I understand, he's negotiated a life sentence but do serial killers quality for the death sentence. (with no doubt to their guilt)

Help! I need to find a way to help my friend. He had sex once with a woman & had nothing to do with pregnancy or delivery (didn't even know baby was born) but...baby is now almost 2!! and he's to pay child support?? She had ALL the choices (abortion, adoption, KEEP) He didn't want to be a father ...he wanted him put up for adoption & now he has to pay? Where are his choices? This mother has 4 total children to 3 different fathers! My friend is Father #3 of child #4. How many times does this woman get to collect money from men? My friend doesn't want to go back to work because he won't be working for himself anymore!?! Can anyone give me some kind of lead to how we can have the Agencies or Courts see it his way? I am so often criticized for speaking out against our president and his administration and am told that I simply hate America, as if our government can do no wrong.

I've witnessed atrocity after atrocity being committed by them, yet some people STILL have faith in the Bush administration??? It's truly amazing. What will it take for them to finally realize that it's all about money and power? Isn't it obvious???

My fiance received a notice( in the newspaper) that if he didn't responsed in 30 days his parental rights to his son will be taken away from him. Now this isn't the first that we have heard of the baby's grandmother wanting to have full custody of my stepson-to-be but we both thought that that was over considering the baby's mother put him on child support. Is it possible to force a father to give up his rights to his child?

Where there is some important and over riding social value in sanctioning defendents conduct, despite the fact that it causes plaintiff harm. Example:
So this, lets say E=mc2 formula really equals my birthday relative to cops always asking for it. Its important and a social over riding value some physics may want to speak to me about it and dont want me in jail from a cop psycho. So dose this give me immunity or priviledge from arrest?

Does this board represent a cross section of the good folk of America? I could just be reading the wrong questions, but it seems there is an awful lot of hatred out there, mexicans, blacks, iraqis, iranians, muslims in general, anyone not white, the french, gays, hippies, liberals, the list goes on.

It's a little worrying, have we brits affiliated ourselves with a country of bigots?
