Oddly enough, I think I understand what you are saying--I think you are saying that you believe that there is an inherent connection between your birthday and the E=mc^2 formula. And I think you are further saying that you believe that (either physicists or psychics) may have a desire to talk to you about this. And being in jail would prevent this, correct?
Well, two things: 1) No, this does not privilege you in any way from being arrested. For example, a surgeon is not immune from arrest just because people would benefit from him/her remaining in public. If there is probable cause to arrest the surgeon, the police can and will do so. 2) If you actually believe as you say you do, I strongly recommend you seek the help of a psychiatrist--you are manifesting classical delusions which may be the result of underlying medical problems. You are confusing a physics formula invented (most likely) years before your birth, and thinking it has a connection to you personally, which is bordering on impossible.

I guess if you can prove that E=mc2, then you might find a link to anything. Driving around in a figure 8 pattern might get you on the same track. Sometimes you just have to look at things differently. You also would need proof of your actual birthdate along with credible witnesses & state liscensed physicians & nurses or a midwife. It's ALL open to definition & understanding on a regional basis. Of course, you could also factor in your quarterly income tax that most businesses pay on a monthly installment & this gets you on the pre-pay plan to equality in the eyes of the IRS, which pays for all of this anyway!

There isn't a lot that gives you immunity or privilege from arrest. If you were arrested, though, something might give you immunity from prosecution. So, for example, the overriding social value is that it's better to arrest high-up drug dealers. A low-level drug dealer might be arrested but then get immunity from prosecution if he gives info on the people above him. Got it?

Yes, most cops of whom I'm aware will be very sympathetic with that argument - but, it'll take them time to convince their superiors so expect to hang around with a bunch of unshaven, smelly, tough guys overnight or over a weekend while it all gets straightened out.

I think with some of these questions physicists would prefer to take your knowledge in a more controlled setting (county lockup maybe?)

As long as you have the money to buy an attorney that plays golf with the judge. If you do that, you're untouchable.....good luck!
