do you know where and why the famous invasion strips appeared? it was 'cause of triggerhappy british homeland defenders, who were constantly confusing own Typhoons with feared Fw190.
take it as a fact, the friendly fire attracts a lot of attention, since combat casualties are thanks god low. I don't think the british would have done better avoinding friendly fire if their assets were as large as american.
what is your opinion? serious comments, please, no blahblah"kingdom rulez"blahblah
camouflaging friendly fire incidents is bulls*it, I totally agree. but that is not problem of military but of the media war. sad.

tonight, he said ""I will veto any legislation...that encourages the destruction of human life at any stage," he wrote.

is he flip flopping, or just plain lying?

He is the strongest proponent of the death penalty since Reagan,
but he says he won't support the destruction of life at any stage.

Does anyone believe this guy anymore?

I worked for Walmart--and was fired for doing a return and then also doing an override in the computer--without checking it with anyone else. I was told on the night i was fired that I could be rehired in 30 days--and was. I had to take a different --lower position because they didn't have any open positions of my previous job. Now I am stuck and cant' be promoted until a write up in my file is inactive.--which takes a year. because I have an active write-up in the computer from my previous position. I don't know what they put in my file as far as the reason I was officially fired. Is there anything I can do to get my old position back before the year is up? I lost almost $2 an hour because of this.

I really wonder if Liberals really mean that when they speak of it, or if it's just their Hatred of President Bush that clouds their perspective .
Personally, I want my President to LEAD, not follow . If he/she is elected to lead, then I want them to lead . And true leadership has nothing to do with being a poll-watcher .

What's your opinion ?

I don't mean Republican or Democrat. What I'm asking about are morals.
Would you want another president to send so many innocent people to war again? If there were to be another, that is.
I want to know how others think about it.

I ask this because of the new, mandatory compliance of a national ID card, the coming, forced passport usage for leaving and re-entering the country.
TERRORISTS who are NOT US citizens are causing the trouble (IF YOU believe the official version, that is), so why the tightening up of security for AMERICANS?!
The way I see it is this:
Passing a law will never stop anything! If it could, I would be all for it!
Taking away the freedoms that we are acknowledged to have (note that I did not say given) by the US Constitution, only serves to make us weaker, as a nation.
OUR FOUNDING FATHERS NEVER WANTED A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT THAT WAS STRONG ENOUGH TO CONQUER ITS OWN PEOPLE!
"we hold these truths to be SELF evident" that when a government is so oppressive and suffocating, that the people MUST pull it down!
It is funny to me to see that the communist and nazi tactics are blooming freely in the US, as many former red-block countries are embracing the freedom we SUPPOSEDLY have.

I got so mad i sais what the f*** man and just arued with him and said this was bs. i just sat there and look mad. thats when he said something that pissed me off, he said i would let you go but i have a ticket quota to meet. the nerve of this guy, did he think that was gonna make me feel better. that just showed me they have nothing better to do than give honest citizens chicken s*** tckets. instead of busting drunk drivers or drug dealers.

It seems that every time I see a question about police both the person asking the question and the people answering are anti police? Who passed the laws they are enforcing? Do you ever stop and think they are trying to protect you?

Or maybe it was like trying to remove one small facet with a jack-hammer.

When I see that over 2,000 Iraqi doctors and nurses have been deliberately targeted and murdered by insurgents whithin Iraq, I get the sinking feeling that we have destroyed the entire multi-faceted stained glass window with a jack-hammer in our attempt to remove one single facet from its center.

Over 18,000 doctors have fled Iraq as a result of the chaos and danger we have unleashed within that country.

How could this country have been so naive about our ability to exact positive overnight change in Iraq by military force and an indefinite occupation with what has turned out to be a skeleton crew in relation to the Iraqi population and land mass?

Tell me where and when this has ever worked before?!

Are there any war colleges that teach this as being possible?

Look at all the "questions" people seem to ask in the government section among other things and there not really questions but statements and bashing. Get a life everyone, asking if the United States is goin to invade say North Korea or Iran is just being stupid are trying to cause trouble, enough with Bush bashing please, this is a question asking site, not a political stupidity expression.

I am living in Pune in a Row House society. The society fees are the same for all the houses, though every house has different square footage when it comes to garden, parking and the carpet area. The fees include the maintenance of exteriors of the house, garden and parking. I am of the opinion that the fees should be based on the square footage. But I keep getting an answer that the law doesn't say so. Can someone help me understand what is this law and where can I get details about the law.
Thanks

I need help with one of my legal classes. We are studying a case where the defendant runs a red light therefore causing the plantiff substantial injury and medical cost. General damages are in excess of 100,000 , special damages in excess of 75,000, plantiff has some permanent dissability, plantiff might not be able to perform in current occupation or in near future, diversity of citizenship jurisdiction is also an issue. How would I place all this information into facts, issues, rule, analysis, conclusion.

N. Korea nad Iran have been pushing our buttons for the past few years. Given the current situation in Iraq and a lack of support from our allies, do you think the US can and will use force to deal with Iran or N. Korea if they push us to the limit?
